Due to the nature of the hotel building & architecture, there are no lifts, however, some ground floor rooms are available. Grab rails, shower stool, and wheelchair are all available on request for convenience. Accessible areas include the main entrance, guest bedrooms, public restrooms, restaurant, bar, TV lounge, and entrance from the carpark.

Full English Breakfasts and a table d’hote evening menu are served in the spacious, modern Restaurant with friendly table service. The fully licensed bar lounge offers a variety of brand beers, wines, and spirits, including ale from a local brewery.

There is a free but limited private car park to the rear of the hotel, operated on a first come first served basis. Alternative street parking is available nearby on Scarcroft Road & Albemarle Road. Overspill parking is available from 4pm on a Friday for the weekend at All Saints school, a 2 minutes’ walk away.
