The restaurant is owned and run by The Banks Family, who have lived and farmed around Oldstead for many generations. The family is very much involved in creating the unique dining experience.

The dining experience package includes a stay in one of the beautifully designed guest bedrooms, a country pub dinner at the Abbey Inn, a Michelin-starred tasting menu at the restaurant, and breakfast the next morning.

The tasting menu is priced at £175 per person for dinner and £135 per person for Saturday lunch. The menu is inspired by ingredients grown and foraged around Oldstead.
