As a long-term patient since 2008, I have had a positive experience at the mental health service. The CPNs have been great, and the depot team is amazing. The appointment system has reduced my wait time significantly.
The treatment at the mental health service has been very effective for me. By consistently taking my medication and receiving weekly injections, I have experienced very few side effects. This has led to a significant improvement in my mental health.
Not cooperating with treatment in the past led to hospitalization throughout my 20s and a worsening of my mental health. However, since finding the right treatment and consistently following it, I am now feeling happy and healthy.
