mattyboy7071: MONEY GRABBING EXERCISE!!If you stay in this car park for a single minute you'll get a £100 fine.. I went to this car park at 1900 hours, the car park was empty bar a handful of other vehicles. I stayed there for a couple of minutes as I picked up a parcel and I still got a £100 fine....I get what your all going to say "should have got a ticket then". But being 1900 hours I assumed it would be free of charge like most other car parks past a certain time.I've since learned that this car park requires payment 24/7... They are only interested in taking as much money from you as humanly possible.

Niki Holmes: Went in someone else's car as a passenger, was told if anybody needs to know, that if you have the NCP? App, I think its called the parking is a lot cheaper, pay on your phone app, not at machine,& displays how long you have left on your ticket time, & if needs be you can extend your time.

jineesh julius123: If you are parking here. Pls make sure you keep some payment receipt. I had an bad experience with ncp. They advertised on there ticket machine about the ncp park pass app to download to make payments easy. I done the same . And made payment. But still received penalty notice. I applied with screenshot of my bank transaction. But they reject my appeal. I am so sad about there service.

eric horseman: It's an ok carpark but you need to make sure you are in the right section part of it is long stay and expensive for an hour but comparatively cheap for longer, the short stay section nearest the argos store is 95p for an hour but much more expensive for longer. The ticket machines take cards, need you to enter your full registration number, on a very small low-down sequential key pad not a standard keyboard, I guess this is for wheelchair users but if you're tall with a bad back like I am It's difficult to get at and needed reading glasses orange on silver is not easy to read, a second keypad at higher level for the average user would make it more user friendly

Daver S.: Got into car park, parked car, waited in queue to pay for a parking ticket.I was prepared to pay by cash, cash payments not accepted, card only.Got into car and went out as I could not pay for parking.After couple of weeks I received letter with a fine.Stating that I been there whole 11 minutes (Number plates scanned next to entrance gate and at the exit gate).After sending appeal and explaining situation they have removed my parking notice, however they still blamed me saying that I need to read terms and conditions.Basically even if you going to pass entrance (not even sure if they aren't taking pictures before the gates) gates and go out immediately, you will still get a parking notice ticket.Avoid for bullyish parking notes.

Susan Chikumbindi: Robbery, l was given a ticket today on a disabled bay with a visible blue badge. I am not happy at all. Don't park there if you have a disabled badge 😓. My fellow disabled people you are not welcome in that awful car park with only displayed blue badge avoid
Ken Davies: Got an invoice from NCP for parking in a disabled bay with a blue badge on show.. be careful NCP are purely a money making machine and do not care about their patrons even the disabled ones!!! cant give no stars so one it has to be shame it cant be minus...DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK

E: followed the signage and paid for the correct amount of parking.... still received a £100 fine. I appealed, provided evidence of payment including bank transactions - they rejected my appeal. You cannot call or contact anyone. Horrific parking scheme - Avoid parking here.
Bethan: Tried using Just Park which showed the cost was nothing, also tried texting the number on the sign and neither worked. Now have a £100 fine for this. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid like the plague!

CPM the car park management are beyond a joke of a company ( Thieves come to mind). I have provided them with proof of purchase for the film, a headed letter from Vue cinema management and this is not good enough.I have also had the owners who are based in london get involved with CPM to see if they can remove the issue, but still NO joy.I know have 1 x £170 bill from Debt recovery plus, 1 x £130 bill from Debt recovery plus to be paid.I am now waiting for this to go to court!!!!!!!!!!!CPM Car park management,Debt recovery PlusBoth of these companies are bullies and thieves and will NOT do this to me.

Adam Climie: Awful car park with tiny spaces, super-tight bends and alloy-destroying curbs. Validated my parking at the Cinema but still got a £100 ticket FFS. Avoid it like the plague.
Sam Sharp: I've added the location as navigating to Sol Central itself will not get you into the car park.The car park is a decent size and always has plenty of free spaces. Many of the businesses in the centre offer free parking verification, which is really convenient, but even without free parking, the costs aren't high.The car park is open and bright, it definitely feels safe but I've never actually seen a parking attendant in all the years I've used the car park. Lock your valuables out of sight to be safe.
Savannah Sanchez: Such a rubbish car park, incredibly narrow with tight bends and unnecessarily high bumps and curbs. The exit to the car park also looks like it was designed by a blind person, it is extremely tight and you have a 1/100 chance of getting out without damaging your car!
Dillan: This car park is terrible do not park here, it is incredibly tight and the design is the worst I have ever seen. The exit to the car park is guaranteed to leave your car damaged. There is no way out without scraping your car/wheels!

Mark Moore: Very convenient for IBIS hotel and other Sol Central businesses. Pricing isn't too bad, but not convenient for me because I need to drive around quite a bit, this means I have to park multiple times. Also, the phone signal in the car park isn't too good, you may struggle to use the parking app whilst you are in the car park.

Payment accepted by cash or credit card. Printout ticket and display in window. Approx. 80 cars space, and usually available. If not try the park next to it. Not very tidy but acceptable.
