The studio is located at 5 College Street Mews, Northampton, NN1 2QF (behind Debenhams in the town centre).

Participants will stretch further, breathe deeper, sweat harder, and melt fully into the experience. They are encouraged to bring water and a towel to enjoy the unique immersion that the classes offer.

One of the instructors has a background in martial arts and circus arts, specializing in handstand workshops. Another instructor has over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation, with a focus on Yoga Rhythm, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha.
