Matthew Burnett: A lovely clean, modern hot yoga studio. The heat is consistent and not too intense. I did the hot mix class and there were some cool postures which I hadn't done before and great instruction from the teacher. Think I will become a regular!
Nicole Thornton: I have been going to classes at Sweat since a few months after they opened and I absolutely LOVE it there! I have lived in Northampton for a couple of years and have tried various studios there too, but nothing compares to Sweat. From the very first day I walked in many years ago, the staff took time to learn my name and take an interest in me. I was experiencing quite a bit of anxiety when I first started going and it really helped with that - the classes are so well planned and there's so many teaching points to help you do the right thing (even if you're brand new) that your mind is focused on your body and nothing else, which massively helps with anxiety.I run regularly too and I have found hot yoga really helps keep me out on the road and the stretch classes help recovery.Sweat is a super friendly, no-nonsense, no faff kind of place. You go there, you get a great workout, you feel fantastic, and the teachers help and encourage you all the way. Even if you're brand new, don't be put off....the classes are always modified to suit beginners and advanced, so there really is something for everyone.Try it, you will definitely love it :-)
Hannah Ferrada: Love visiting Sweat Studios, lovely staff & facilities and a great session every time.

Body IQ Studio: what do users think?
Ursula Lewis: Great, friendly studio with gentle and mindful exercise to help improve posture and flexibility. Free herbal teas and their signature room fragrance adds to the relaxing and welcoming experience. Learning a lot from somatics approach from Gore. Try it!
Diane Pauline: Love the classes and they are so special . The people here are also special. The exercises work and its very relaxing .
Wendy Habgood: I joined Body IQ after 15 months of physiotherapy for a back problem, and having tried various exercise regimes to alleviate pain and severe stiffness. The gentle stretching and mindful movements of the Body Sense classes produced immediate relief and my posture and flexibility have improved enormously. The weekly sessions are thoroughly enjoyable (I would also recommend the one-to-ones with Gore) and have transformed my approach to exercise. As well as assisting with recovery, Body Sense is training me to be much more self-aware in how I move so as to improve my strength and flexibility in the future.
David Buck: I started to take regular classes with Gore about ten years ago. At that time I was seeing an osteopath every couple of months with a chronically bad back that I was continually hurting both at work and home. Since I started with Gore all those years ago I have not needed to go to the osteopath once. Because my lifestyle has not changed I consider that Gore's style of exercise regime has provided a complete cure.
Carrie Langridge: I can't describe how much better my back and shoulders feel after one of your body sense classes!

Sarah’s Baby Yoga: what do users think?
Jude Watt: Sarah's pregnancy yoga classes were just what I was looking for. Her classes are great as they have the ideal balance of helping your body during pregnancy as well as helping prepare you for giving birth. She is supportive, friendly and kind with the emphasis always being on your wellbeing. She is happy to advise on any issues you may be having with practical tips. After each class I feel great! I would highly recommend her classes. Thank you Sarah!
Jenny Calder: Having been to both pregnancy yoga and mum and baby yoga I can say from experience that Sarah's yoga classes are truly fantastic. I've done pregnancy yoga twice now and can safely say that the amount you can learn from the classes in order to help you prepare yourself physically and mentally for the arrival of your baby is invaluable.Relaxation, strengthening and toning exercises help control your breathing and steady your mind to ensure you focus and stay positive; with particular emphasis on labour breathing techniques towards the end of each class. This is something I brought into the labour room with me to ease labour pains and have confidence in knowing my body could do this just through control of my breathing "each contraction bringing me closer to meeting my baby".The yoga positions can be challenging as Sarah caters to all levels of ability, flexibility, and staged of pregnancy, with constant care and advice being offered to all pregnant mums to help strengthen pelvic floor muscles - something I found particularly useful! What's wonderful about the pregnancy classes is meeting other mummies to be as well! Theres an opportunity pre and post class for a catch up and its great to be able to make contacts with those that are sharing your experiences too.As well as wonderful pregnancy yoga comes mum and baby yoga which I did with my first born and am about to start with my 2nd. I loved mum and baby yoga first time around! Sarah focuses firstly on mummies, giving gentle exercises to help strengthen the body post partum, taking care to not over work certain areas and allowing everyone to work at their own pace. Moving on to baby, we sang beautiful songs that I still sing with my nearly 3 year old even now, be it at bedtime, during massage or just day to day. There are certain favourites that stand out! We learnt great little yogi moves for baby that I found particularly useful to help relax my daughter and help with digestion too as Sarah offers some baby massage techniques as well as yoga. It's a fully interactive class which keeps babies entertained and involved. At the end there's a chance to chat to other mums over some juice and share experiences and offer support. This is lovely way to end each session and I met mummies in baby yoga class that I'm still in touch with and friends with now.Thank you Sarah for all the support and yoga over the years. Couldn't have breathed my 2 girls into the world without you and your yoga xx
Emma Sprawson: I first became aware of Sarah through my mother in law, a long standing yoga teacher in the area, who had handed one of her previous teaching classes over to Sarah a number of years ago.In fact, one of the first things my mother in law said to me immediately after learning she was going to become a “Nanny” was, you really should go to Sarah’s baby yoga classes. She was not wrong. My daughter and I attended Sarah’s mother and baby yoga classes since she was 12 weeks old in 2015 right up until she could crawl. Thereafter, I joined Sarah’s hatha Yoga classes so I could enjoy some “non-Mummy” yoga time. I then returned to baby yoga in 2018 with my son and now continue with the weekly hatha classes. What this chronology demonstrates is that I absolutely love everything about Sarah’s classes, whether they be Baby yoga or Hatha for All. The classes are calming, yet energising, allowing everyone to work to their own desired level. One of the things which sets Sarah’s classes aside from any others I have attended is the acceptance of each individual’s practice and what is right for each particular person on a particular day.On a very personal level, the mother and baby class is one of the main activities which has pervaded this wonderful journey into motherhood. I will always cherish those memories.Thank you Sarah
Lucy McCabe: Highly recommended!I've been attending Sarah's yoga classes for the past 6 1/2 years, experiencing all her classes from her wonderful pregnancy yoga, to Mum and Baby yoga with my daughter to Hatha yoga. The pregnancy yoga classes helped me so much through my second and third trimester. Having had an emergency C-section with my son, I hoped I could have a natural birth second time around. The breathing techniques I learnt during Sarah's classes helped me to remain calm and in control during labour and the birth of my daughter, who was delivered naturally. My daughter and I enjoyed calming and relaxing Mum and Baby yoga. It was a wonderful bonding experience, which we would practice at home too, as well as socialising with other Mum's and babies during and after class.Being a busy Mum of two, wife and part-time worker Sarah's Hatha yoga is a welcome weekly treat, which resets, re-energises and nourishes me both physically and mentally. Sarah is always very calming and encourages everyone to be mindful of themselves in the present- leaving behind what's happened in the past and putting aside feelings for the future. I love that mindset and it really helps me focus on my yoga and mental wellbeing.Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at guiding everyone through the yoga poses at their own pace/ability.Each class has a warm, friendly and calming atmosphere. I leave each week feeling so calm, relaxed and happy.Thank you Sarah!
hannah mills: I went to both pregnancy yoga and baby yoga and enjoyed them so much I joined Sarah's weekly hatha yoga class. Fantastic sessions, always packed with useful tips and advice. My little one loved baby yoga and we always looked forward to it each week. And now I get to look forward to hatha each week too. Sarah is really lovely and informative and really shares the philosophy and love of the yoga practice so we get the most out of each class. Can't recommend her sessions enough! 😁
Janet Brister: I am stiff & tired before Sarahs yoga sessions...but by the time we've stretched - breathed and been nurtured through her clear, relaxing voice and movements ...I go home revitalised. .and calm. Her knowledge of how our bodies work is remarkable. .. I feel you could ask of her anything..so lovely and approachable. So wish she'd been around when I was pregnant with my babies (over 40yr ago)..but happy she's here for the hatha yoga...yes..would most definitely recommend Sarah to every one of you.
diane: Sarah's Hatha Yoga class is brilliant and so is she. Sarah is very kind, thoughtful and helpful, her classes have helped me with knee and back problems. The class covers several movements, working at your own pace, Sarah's voice is very calming and her way of teaching is brilliant.
michelle davies: Brilliant yoga class. Really friendly and professional sessions. Sarah is so knowledgable about our yoga practice and always very encouraging. Highly recommend
Helen Jarvis: Sarah is really knowledgable and I’ve found her Hatha yoga sessions have enabled me to be more ‘body aware’ and know my limitations. I’ve needed to swap back to her Tuesday evening classes due to Monday morning commitments but have found either sessions really helpful and the improved sleep afterwards is so beneficial. Sarah was very careful to ensure I did nothing detrimental to my recovery after an operation last spring, too.I highly recommend Sarah’s Hatha Yoga.
Pauline Morris: I recently started going to Sarah's hatha yoga classes. It's been many years since I practised yoga so I was feeling rather apprehensive about whether I'd cope. However, Sarah has been very supportive, encouraging and positive. I've been pleased too that she's very knowledgeable about medical conditions that I've explained to her and she's been able to give me specific advice about appropriate exercises for me. I really look forward to each weekly session because Sarah makes sure that we are all comfortable and that we understand the yoga process. We all work at our own level and progress at our own rate. Sarah is available at the end of sessions if we need her to give an extra bit of friendly advice. I'm enjoying my 'me time' and am pleased that I found her group. I would definitely recommend Sarah's hatha yoga' classes.
Keith Stapleton: " It's not only girls that do yoga "I have been attending Sarah's Hatha Yoga for 4 years and it has enriched my life in every possible way :)Sarah will expertly guide you to completely nourish your mind and body.So if you would like to bring calm and harmony to your life I highly recommend Sarah's Hatha yoga :)Go on, give it a go....you'll love it!! :)
Heidi Dine: I can not recommend Sarah's Yoga classes enough!I attended both the pregnancy & mother & baby classes with all 4 of my babies. The pregnancy sessions provided me with a wonderful space in which to relax & "connect" with my bump, whilst working through some gentle exercises to ease pregnancy aches & pains & prepare the body for birth. Gentle relaxation also allows for visualisation & Sarah's classes meant that I experienced 4 quick, natural (drug free) births & importantly I was prepared & not anxious.Having enjoyed the pregnancy classes so much it was a natural step to start the baby classes. These were a perfect blend of gentle exercise for the new mum & bonding time with baby. The songs we sang have very much become part of our family (even now sang with my almost 8 year old!). I suffered with mild diastasis recti (separation of the abdomen muscles) & Sarah was able to work with me to help start a plan to repair this. The class was great for meeting new parents & the "social time" at the beginning & end of the classes as a great opportunity to talk to other parents. In fact some of my very best "mummy friends" were met at this first group 8 years ago.Thank you Sarah for all your help & guidance over the years. You, and your yoga, has a very special place in my heart & my memories of pregnancy & infancy of my family xx
Becky Pink: I went to Sarah’s Baby Yoga for the first time with my first baby when she was about 8 weeks old and loved it. We continuted to go for about 10 months, until my baby started crawling too much. It was a lovely relaxing session and everyone felt comfortable to feed or change their babies, or walk around as needed. I was sad to finish our sessions and when I got pregnant with my second child I went back to do pregnancy yoga and then baby yoga again when she arrived. I was so happy to be back giving her the same lovely experience. The babies in both classes loved it, and I still use the lullabies Sarah taught us to settle my girls if they are ill or upset. As well as giving us a supportive, happy place each week, the yoga and baby massage techniques Sarah taught us meant we could do them at home too. I also used the tummy massage on my girls for years. Thank you Sarah, we thoroughly enjoyed all our classes and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Headteacher Portfields: I started Sarah’s baby and mother Yoga when my daughter Emily was just 6 weeks old. As well as spending quality time with my baby and exercising, at my own level, I also met some life-long friends. Thanks to Sarah, she helped me though the first few months as being a new mum and allowing me to discuss all that is new with other like-minded mums. A brilliant group, so much more than the brilliant Yoga, thanks Sarah.
Elise Parkins: I loved Sarah's baby yoga classes, and so did my babies! A lovely, relaxing, bonding time for mum and baby. I'd highly recommend the classes.I especially enjoyed the time that was given in classes to just 'be' with my baby and share special time with like minded friends. Thank you Sarah X
Rachel Atkins: I did 2 terms of mum and baby yoga with Sarah and loved it. I wish I had known about it before as I would of started the classes sooner.I found the mum yoga good as it helped with the everyday pains from being a new mum. My little boy enjoyed learning new songs and doing the baby yoga bit.I still sing the songs and do some of the yoga moves now even though my son is to old for the lessons.I found the catch up chats at the end of the lesson really good too as this gave me the opportunity to talk to other mums and I have made new friends and friends for life.I definitely recommend this course to all new mums
Carrie Sear: Enjoyed two half terms at Sarah’s Baby Yoga with my little girl, starting just after my 6 week check. Thoroughly enjoyed it, Sarah is lovely and creates unique classes each week, the classes included exercises for Mum, some massage for baby and some lovely songs and routines. Felt the classes really helped me strengthen up a bit after becoming quite unfit whilst pregnant and I still do some of the stretches at home to this day. Was also a lovely way to bond with my daughter and chat to other mums with similar aged children. ☺️
Pop Gems: Paid for the baby yoga. Overpriced, boring, no particular yoga involved, no music. The classes are cut short with a cordial and a ‘chat’.** IN RESPONE TO THE OWNERS REPLY**Your classes never went to 90 minutes let alone 75, no music at the start of class, please do not make me out to be a liar. I have not attended your regular yoga classes however as someone who has practised yoga for years you to call your Mother and baby a yoga class is misleading, try dropping the yoga and call it something else because I would not describe it as so. I was expecting much more hence I found the class very boring and overpriced because I expected exciting creative class which I didn’t received. You can’t compare the prices of your baby class to regular yoga classes in the area because the difference with what you offer is night and day.
Liz Clement: I have attended pregnancy yoga twice, mum and baby yoga classes with my first child and now do an evening class with Sarah. All classes have been tailored perfectly for the group, I loved pregnancy yoga getting to chat to other expectant mums and the visualisation at the end was so beneficial to me in labour.I loved the tune with my baby in the yoga class and liked the mix of gentle post natal exercise for me and fun bonding time with my baby, several of us used to go to the cafe together after the session.Having just started evening classes I’m really enjoying some time to myself, Sarah explains all the moves and encourages us to work to our own limits, she gives challenges to those wanting to add a little extra and great encouragement to all members. Highly recommend all her classes for ratio, price and friendliness!
Helen Westwood: Sarah's Baby Yoga class was the highlight of my week when my daughter was a baby. The gentle nature of the sessions with a range of songs & movement & the ability to chat to other mums at the end was perfect when my daughter was not an 'easy' baby & it was the one place where I would not feel anxious if she was unsettled. Highly recommended to anyone, regardless of your yoga experience - you and your baby will be very welcome & you will leave with a number of fun moves & songs you can continue play at home. I was so sad when she was too old to go. A hidden gem!
Carly Hefferon: I cannot recommend Sarah’s yoga enough. I have experienced lots of different classes with Sarah, Hata, pregnancy and mother and baby yoga and have equally loved all of them. Pregnancy yoga, allowed me to spend some much needed time focusing on bump and to practise lots of techniques that aided me in both my pregnancies as well as some gentle exercise. Mother and baby yoga both times was just an amazing time to bond with my babies as well as some other amazing mummies. I love the mixture in the class and is one of the only ones I know that focuses on some exercise for mum too. Classes are a great mix of gentle but strengthening exercises for mum, some wonderful songs and gentle practise for babies and a lovely chance to catch up with mums at the end. I still sing one particular song from classes to both my boys now 1 and 4 years old.I find it hard that anyone could dislike such a wonderful class and Sarah is the loveliest, most knowledgable yoga teacher I know so invests so much time planning and preparing such wonderful classes. She really goes that step further to personalise lessons and the fact she takes such an interest and gets to know you personally only enhances her ability to tailor classes to you. Thank you so much for some wonderful memories xxx
