The venue boasts some of the finest sports facilities in Yorkshire, including four courts for squash, six Astro floodlit tennis courts, and rugby fields.

York RUFC has over 700 members, York Tennis Club has over 350 members, York Cricket Club has been in existence for over 200 years, and York Squash Club has a membership of around 220 players.
