The gardens are open every day from 9am to 4pm for visitors to explore and relax in.
All visitors are asked to take their litter away with them to help maintain the cleanliness of the gardens.
Visitors can also explore the York Art Gallery, which is open Wednesday to Sunday for art enthusiasts to enjoy.
