From May to October, visitors can join free tours led by expert volunteer guides every Sunday. These tours start at specific times and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The botanical garden is fully wheelchair accessible, and a wheelchair is available for public use upon advance booking. Detailed access information is provided, and there are accessible toilets and changing facilities on site.

Visitors are welcome to bring picnics to enjoy at the botanical garden, as there are plenty of benches available. Additionally, there is a pop-up cafe on site offering a variety of hot and cold drinks, cakes, and snacks.

Visitors can purchase tickets on the day of their visit at the door, with card payment only. It is recommended to book in advance, especially during busy periods, as entry is not guaranteed. Joint tickets for another nearby attraction are also available for purchase.
