Scotty Kay: A rather supercilious attitude from certain staff members. A bit of “Shepherd and Woodward-itis” definitely on show.Work it out chaps - if you’re friendly and approachable to folk buying one or two “low end” cigars, you never know, they might be more amenable to coming back for more.Good cigars though, to my untrained palate, and reasonably priced compared to online.
Sophie: Really tasty
Milad Nazarzadeh: Good products
C R: I went in before Xmas 22 and spoke to the wonderful gentleman behind the counter. He advised on a couple of options to suit my needs. He was warm and welcoming and very polite. I had a £100 budget for a selection of cigars to try. He put together a fine selection and explained each sticks characteristics and origins as well the experience and flavour from my perspective. I would certainly return. The humidor was well stocked with a good selection and elsewhere in the shop there were plenty of lighters and other goods.
Petar Raikov: I visited for the first time today and I have to say that the service was excellent, as well as the collection of cigars available. Highly recommended.
Arslan Awan: Extremely bad quality I have received totally dry and pressed parcel pakage was not even secure properly what a waist of 50 £
Brave Dragon (BraveDragon): Amazing place for getting a cigar! as before i would give 3 stars cause the man selling there was not helpful at all as im beginner and he didn't liked beginnes as i saw. But after months i never saw him again, and now i'm giving 5 star as the other sellers there are very helpful and the shop is very good.
Giovanni Varelli: The guy with the beard and tatoos is really so rude. Awful service. Strongly NOT reccomended. Too bad there is no other tobacconist on High Street.
George Dobson: Huge range of cigars and even better they have a selection of fine whisky. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell they are passionate. Highly recommend a visit to Havana House
navya hebbar: Excellent selection, staff are always helpful with recommendations.
Xavier Baldovín: Very good
Matt C: I ultimately came away from here with what I wanted: a good beginner's cigar that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the service was not at all friendly.I explained that I wanted a basic cigar for a beginner and was very open about the fact that I knew nothing about cigars.I had passed by several opportunities up until now with other shops because they didn't seem like a place that would offer me the experience I wanted. I came to this shop in particular because it looked like somewhere genuine, where a knowledgeable staff member would walk me through everything, explain things to me in a friendly way and recommend a suitable product. What I got, however, was cold and condescending treatment and pressure to buy a particular item. For example, "I get people coming in here all the time asking me for a 'basic cigar'". Thanks for making me feel like a nuisance. "I could sell you this £6 cigar, but you'll walk away and think it's nothing special, what I really want to sell you is this £17 one". Like, I get it, but there's a nicer way to say this. Explain to me why, tell me what the flavour profile is like, tell me a bit about how they're made and what makes one better quality than another. I asked what the next one up from the £17 cigar was and he said "What do you mean? Bigger?" I responded that I meant in terms of value-quality ratio. "It doesn't work like that." Okay, so explain to me how it works, you've got my full attention and my eagerness. It also contradicts with the fact he told me that the £17 cigar was significantly better quality than the £6 one, so it clearly does work that like to an extent. I was willing to go for a higher price and the staff member just shot me down. Ultimately I just gave up and bought that one.Even when he asked if I wanted it cut or not and I told him that again, I'm new at this, explain to me how that works, I was still looked down on. This time, less in words and more in tone.Only when I actually purchased the cigar did he say "Don't inhale it, and enjoy it, it's a nice one, it's Cuban". That was the only time I felt some level of encouragement and advice. And you could have told me it was Cuban at the start, not after I purchased it.Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day, but I came away feeling like I was intruding rather than being welcomed into a new pasttime.
Nuritourie Amsterdamtours: I have seen better cigar shops but they are allright
Daniel Rushall: Owner did a great deal on a lovely Bolivar cigar.
Derek Brotherton: If you want decent tobacco with no additional additives like the rest try pueblo classic no chemicals in it natural dry best quality
Terry Tozer: I'm finding it more difficult these days to find a place to buy my Erinmore pipe tobacco. I did a quick Google search for some and Havana House came up first in the list. I quickly found what I was looking for & was really happy to find that not only is their tobacco cheaper than the other place I buy it from but also delivery was free. The whole purchase process was effortless and my tobacco was delivered very quickly. Superb service from start to finish, a highly recommended shop 👍🙂
Tamara Molnar: Great shop, the owner was extremely helpful and kind! 100% recommend this store
basia ricciarelli: Wanted to buy zippo lighter for a present, unfortunately someone shut the door in front of my face. not recomended. So rude. Newer co.w back there
Antony Cox: Charming little shop, well stocked.

teya teya: Very satisfying
