The practice is committed to empowering patients with access to self care resources and providing high quality support through a team of highly skilled professionals.

For patients traveling abroad for less than 3 months, the practice will provide sufficient medication for existing conditions. For longer periods, patients will be prescribed enough medication to make alternative arrangements at their destination.

Patients who will be abroad for more than 3 months will be prescribed enough medication to make alternative arrangements and will be removed from the patient list. They can re-register upon their return to the UK.

Patients can join the Patient Participation Group or the Patient Reference Group to get involved. They can also sign up to receive newsletters straight to their inbox for future updates.
