Rose Court has a large lounge, kitchen, dining room, utility room, sensory room, communal bathroom, wet room, and a communal room with bath and wet room. They also have specialised equipment like sensory lighting, a mobility adapted minibus, and a site car to meet the needs of their residents.

The bedrooms at Rose Court are comfortable, welcoming, and can be personalised to individual tastes. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities with either a shower or wet room. There are a total of 11 bedrooms split across three floors, with five bedrooms on the ground floor.

Rose Court uses positive behaviour support (PBS) and tools like the Outcomes Star™ to help residents achieve their goals. They also have support from a local multidisciplinary team for occupational therapy, nursing, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy.

Each resident at Rose Court has their own person-centred care plan, which is co-produced with input from the individual, their family members, and professionals involved in their care. The aim is to help residents make their own choices about the support they receive, including activities in the community, personal care, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining family relationships.
