The Physicians Associate provided exceptional care with exemplary listening skills and the ability to create a comfortable environment for the patient.
The receptionist managed to get the patient an emergency appointment last minute and printed off forms that were missing without any hesitation.
The Doctors were able to organize the tests needed for the patient and appointments were bookable on the same day from 8am. The Doctors also spoke Hindi/Urdu when needed as English was not the patient's first language.
The receptionists were very helpful in answering all questions and reassuring the new patient and their family. They made them feel comfortable and welcomed at the practice.
The patients had a positive experience at the practice, with attentive and caring staff who went out of their way to help. They felt valued and well taken care of during their visit.
