Sessions aimed at children aged 11-15 years are run at a variety of gyms 7 days a week. Children are required to complete an induction with a member of the fitness team before attending any session. They can attend on a casual basis or take advantage of the junior health & fitness membership.

There are over 200 weekly classes taking place across the studios, suitable for all fitness levels. Activities include aqua aerobics, swimming classes, and swim programmes for schools. Personal trainers are also available to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Children can participate in activities such as swim school, football, and tennis during school holidays. These courses and activities aim to keep children entertained, active, and physically fit.

The leisure centre offers 25m pools and training pools suitable for casual swimmers or those looking for a more challenging workout. Swimming lessons are available for all ages and abilities, with moveable floors to adjust the water depth for different activities.
