From the concierge to the pink hall staff, the entire experience was luxurious. Very attentive staff and smiling all through.

The afternoon tea selection was so tasty from the sandwich selection to the desserts, the teas, the scones and all of these were eat as much as you like. The afternoon tea selection was really good and fresh and tasty. The food is absolutely exquisite. Exceeded my expectation and definitely delivered some of them most amazing food I’ve ever had.

The bathrooms are quite a distance from the afternoon tea room...but breathtaking. The hotel decor is beautiful and is tastefully chic. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great facilities in and out the room. Absolutely amazing cocktails.

If you’re looking for a luxury stay with a personal touch this is the place. Highly recommended. Based on my experience a few years ago, I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for its fine dining.
