The actors / characters and all staff are absolutely amazing, especially with guests who have additional needs and are in a wheelchair. They went above and beyond to ensure that the child had a great experience, making his birthday extra special.

The Shrek's swamp and the bar were personal favorites, and the effort made during the visit was amazing. The experience felt like something from the USA.

The kids absolutely loved it and had a lot of fun, making the experience worth it for the whole family. The interactive nature of the attraction kept the children entertained throughout.

The experience was very cute, but it is more suitable for children who speak English well. The guest's girls, who did not speak English well, missed some parts of the actors' story due to the language barrier.
