Nice park, plenty of space and lots of dog walkers around. Grassy park on 1830's zoo site. Park on the site of a former zoo, music hall & hospital with 2 ostrich statues, play & dog areas. Nice for a little stroll and to sit in the sunshine “when we have it. Nice little park. Excellent for dogs. There are 3 good sized fenced dog parks for them to run around. Lots of benches to sit down in and some interesting history. Good size kids playground too. Peaceful.
