Royal Veterinary College - Camden Campus: what do users think?

Phil Campbell: By far the best vets ever. Friendly caring and professional. Can't say enough about them. Handled covid crisis measures very well and recovered quickly.

Bev Mills: Very friendly, but would like to see the same vet first vet was a senior man who was rather sharp slightly obnoxious not to kind to a sick dog, but the other three vets so so lovely and kind teaching hospital I understand treats animals with kindness please they do have feelings.

God Gabriel Gemma Drummond Eden: Very helpful, thank you, will definitely call you back, sorry I had to go I had work call

Alison Marshall: Thank you for a great open day- good to have a look around.

Donna Best: Very helpful place, Geriatric feline clinic research

Anjali G: I came here with my sick rabbit. She was being transferred to from other hospital to RVC from Monday to Friday inpatient. My rabbit received the best treatment and she recovered speedily. Staff is friendly. It's located on one way with very small entrance very easy to miss. There's a parking lot at 5 minutes walking and some road side parking. Reception is immediately after the entrance. I found prices reasonable that my other vets.

arindam guin: This is the best Veterinary hospital in the world...

John Wood: Yes took my friends dog to the vet for her must say yes it good but very expensive shop around first unless you have insurance

Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?

Tess Simon: We had the most wonderful kindness and good advice last night from Francisco. My elderly dog had come to the end of his life.Francisco handled it with compassion and good sense, and steered us through the most distressing and sad night where we had to have him put down.Obrigada Francisco

Jhon Rivera: I cannot praise Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic enough for their exceptional care and prompt service. When our beloved dog fell ill unexpectedly, we were frantic to find a vet who could see him right away. Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic not only accommodated us immediately but also went above and beyond in providing top care to our dog.

sarah karis tonks: I see the reviews aren’t good here but I thought it was pretty good. My dog was having some pain so I took him in at midnight. We were seen immediately, given medication and a shot, he was examined and we had some advice. I think it really does depend who you get to see on the day but thankfully ours was good

Peter: Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

emma birch: Very responsive and helpful.

Sarah Joshi: Great place to call in an emergency

Nicholas Hudson: Really good emergency clinic

Alan Boyd: I would recommend this veterinary practice because over the course of 14 years I found all the staff to be helpful, friendly and caring. Especially Katy, the vet who treated my cat most recently. Highly professional but sensitive she quickly identified a realistic course of treatment for her.

Crystal K: I bought in my very very sick pug who was coughing and struggling to breathe. He was put on oxygen support as soon as we arrived. He was looked after and had tests medications etc which were helping but he was declining and getting in a really critical condition A big thanks to allThe. Staff but a big shout out to the superstar Gary who went above and beyond to get our pug into a specialist hospital for the tests he needed. Gary made sure Bertie was stable and arranged an ambulance with oxygen support to get Bertie to the facility we needed. This has given my boy the best chance for recovery. We are not out the woods yet he has aspiration pneumonia but its going in the right direction as of now so thankyou so much for giving Bertie a fighting chance.

Marie Askin: I was impressed by the care and attention from the vet and nurses, that my rabbit recieved as an 'inpatient', during a recent run of gut stasis - despite them running the daily activities of a busy surgery and handling acute emergencies at the same time.

Rhys Crowley: This vet dropped everything to save my cat when other vets missed all the warning signs. My cat got very sick over 24 hours, we took him in to our vets who sent him home with us to observe after doing some tests. I knew my cat was desperately ill so requested they transfer us. I went to Elizabeth streets out of hours service and immediately the vet identified the problem and booked us in for emergency surgery. The vet told all his appointments they would have to wait as he focused on stabalising our cat. He told us the costs up front and that we would have to drive urgently to The Queen Mother Small Animal Hospital. They stopped everything for an hour and a half to stabalise our cat to survive the drive there and booked us in for emergent surgery. We are still waiting for the outcome and praying for the best but we owe this vet so much that our beloved pet is still alive. So thankfull they picked up what our vet missed and delayed all the booked routine appointments to give our cat his only hope to survive

Sasha Carew: Calm and helpful on the phone, booked us in within an hour and we were seen early. The price was very fair and the service was 5* thank you for being there on a Sunday we are very grateful

Anna With Yoga: We’ve been the clients of the clinic over 7 years mostly because it’s walking distance from us. We did 2 surgeries - spaying and teeth removal which went successful and we are very grateful to the vetsHowever, coming from abroad and seeing the level of doctors and equipment there, I’m very surprised most of london clinics have extremely high prices and low level of service. The clinic doesn’t have narrow field specialists like cardiologists or neurologists for dogs, nether some decent MRIs or other types of advanced equipment. It’s super basic, but the prices are extremely high. Unfortunately, staff also has a certain way of communication which is often border line aggressive. We never argue when we come and we got used to that manner over years, but I had an opportunity to compare that clinic to the one abroad and it makes me sad, that we have to spent thousands of pounds and receive low service because the service standards are so low. It’s definitely an institutional problem but I hope it can be changed one day

alka: Great i am on the waiting list and they were so nice 😊

MARGUERITA MCNALLY: Absolutely extraordinary level of care given to our cat Mishka. Hugely competent and understanding. I can't be more grateful.

POPLAR VETS: what do users think?

Aleksandra Kaplon: Really lovely place, checked my cat prop, and answered all of my questions

Archie Nicholls: My baby has been neutered here, recovered faster than expected.

Narine Petrosjana: We are with this clinic since moved to Canary , and just walking today we pop on to another branch which is closer to me , they still not opened yet , but IWent there to ask when they willOpened - and ask some questions about my dog , they spent 20 min and provide all information what I needed , Thanks for that

samantha raja: A very good friendly vet who really does care about animals.

Camille Marie: Not my usual vet but my one was closed on good Friday.Called for my coughing dog who was struggling to breathe and was brought in for an emergency appointment. Reception staff was stellar and vet was very reassuring.24 hours later Lila is no longer coughing. Thank you!

Diana Rupinska: I have tried many vets around London as I have two dogs who have different health issues, and in 11 years I did not manage to find anyone who would try and solve their health issues permanently until now. I am so happy I registered with Poplar Vets as both of my dogs are now getting the treatments they need. Dr Lukas takes time to explain the issues and really checks the animal. Highly recommended!

Rachele Del Giudice: My baby has been neutered here, recovered faster than expected. doctor Sara was amazing throughout the process providing blood test results before the surgery and also aftercare. Thank you

Yee Lynn: We have been visiting Poplar vet for the past 6-7 years now. Every time they received excellence care. We have seen most of the Dr here, Dr Lukas, Dr Victoria, Dr Nora, Dr Bernard etc, I can only sing praises to their professionalism and care. Not to forget the team of receptionists that are working there. It is true that the phone line does get busy, but that tends to be the same everywhere.

B T: Great vets, kind staff - my dog and I always have a great experience here where it’s a routine appointment or not. On one occasion when we had a major emergency the staff made sure to make time to see us same day within about an hour of phoning to help my dog get the care he needed as soon as possible.

joy violet: very professional happy with the service

Zasman Vet Hampstead: what do users think?

Plant Music: Very friendly and reliable vet for my small dog.

Jo Lobek: Very helpful and informative

Zoe Gregory: I feel incredibly lucky to have been recommended to this practice when I got my rescue dog Teddy 7 years ago The staff have all been amazing. My dog has been extremely unwell and all of the vet team especially Grant went out of his way to do all the tests that were needed whilst reassuring me of his progress whilst he was in their care.

Laura Phillips: Medivet Hampstead is always there when you need them 😃 It’s so comforting to know your pet has quality healthcare round the corner. Grant is a wonderful vet who has a unique and special bond with animals. He knew exactly the right treatment for my Labrador and she was better in no time. Lillie on reception is always helpful and friendly too which makes you feel welcome. Thanks for being there Medivet Hampstead 🤗

Anna Valesova: I've been coming in for the last three years with my two cats. Even though the staff has changed, I keep receiving wonderful care and services. Always feel welcome and get properly explained helpful advise regarding nutrition, dental and preventative care, or other queries. The staff make sure everything is understandable, and take time to extend the topic a bit deeper if needed.

Beth Kira: Have been going to this practice for years. The staff are lovely and they really care about the welfare of my dog. 10/10 experience all around

Suzy Osband: I have had such care and attention at this vet.Grant, you are so knowledgeable, Cherie, Berta, thank you also for all your advice.Really appreciate all your help!!I am so happy to have found this welcoming and caring vet practice.

Jack Amey: Worked here as a locum for several months and was really welcomed by a team that was dealing with a long-term lack of staff, but nevertheless had a cheerful attitude to work, were friendly with owners and were very competent. Thanks for having me!

Adeola Obasemola: Great

Deniz Enver: My dog was transferred here from Medivets..This hospital was absolutely fantastic, from the moment I brought my dog in they treated her straight away, calmed her seizures down, kept me informed every step of the way.. I would definitely recommend this hospital to family and friends.

Stevo Ivos: Had to take my pet to get looked at. Very impressed with the facility. The workers are VERY welcoming, asked if my pet was doing ok, very happy with the service provided.

Neil Brennan: Blown away with the professionalism and efficiency of this place. From start to finish, they are so caring, informative and professional in the way they deal with you and your loved one. Thank you

Ali Mayhoub: Very beautiful

Dan: We brought in our 10-month old kitten after she came down with suspected FIP. She received an extraordinary level of care and attention and we were confident that the staff did their very best to save her. I heard about RVC's attempts to save a tiger cub from London Zoo recently, and it moved me to think that they seemed to fight similarly hard for our little kitten. They have exceptional expertise, they were good at estimating costs in advance of carrying out procedures, they were very thorough, and they were well informed when it came to the latest research and treatments for our kitten's condition. It did help that we had good pet insurance. It might've been more stressful if we hadn't been confident that a large part of the fees would be covered. But if, one way or another, you can afford the services of this animal hospital, in my view you can be confident that they will do their very best for your pet, and that they're one of the most highly qualified veterinary organisations in the London area, and probably in the whole country.

jane swinburne: My dog Shamus had a hip replacement in his right hip. This was conducted by Rebekah Knight and her team. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism, the care Shamus received and the support we got. They treated Shamus like gold, and we were supported every step of the way.The level of expertise was second to none, and I really felt they did everything possible to give full care to Shamus while he was in their care.I am so grateful to Rebekah, her team and the wonderful kennel staff. ♥️

Charlotte Thomas: Had a minor emergency with my cat on the bank holiday when my usual vet was closed. Very impressed with the clinic and staff. Everyone was very kind and the vet was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Also felt the fees were very reasonable for the excellent care my cat received. Thank you!

Charmaine Scammell: Thoroughly recommend the RVC Queen Mother, they saved my darling little boy after my vet wanted to PTS as they said he probably had cancer of the kidneys and liver. He was an inpatient for 3 weeks. I wasn't allowed to visit but the lovely staff rang me twice a day with updates. He has Type 1 diabetes and Pancreatitis.A year later and I still have my furbaby who's running around and playing with my other 2 rescues.Everyone there was caring, efficient.

Panna Patel: we had to bring in our Alsatian Cosmo in over the weekend due to surgery complications. we just wanted to say a big thank you to the reception and the vets that looked after him. they honesty gave me confidence on what there advice... Cosmo says a big thank you to x

Sam C: We had a fantastic experience with the RBV and our dog. She had to have lots of tests, MRI, lumbar puncture. RVC were cheaper than most places by almost half and the care was exceptional. The vet students and senior staff all are caring and have excellent knowledge. I appreciated the senior vet, Daniel Ryan, taking time to call us in the evening to update us on her progress and keeping the door open for future conversations if we need to. Very grateful to the entire team. From first call to reception to leaving, all staff were kind and supportive.

Tina Hinkley: We have had amazing care and treatment from Erin Brennan and her team. Everything has been explained thoroughly and we cannot recommend this amazing hospital and the work they all do. We are so grateful to the whole team.

Hannah Eyre: Super respectful and kind when having to put down our dear boy out of hours. Sent us a special card and small gift and even informed our usual vets of what had happened. Thank you.

Charlie Killick: Super impressed with the staff. Had to take my 8month puppy in, was greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist.
