LIAM MCLAUGHLIN: Great venue, but Jools Holland made a major mistake last evening, when he encouraged people from the audience to come up to the front and dance.... halfway through the show!! They remained there for the rest of the show. All the people in the first 20 rows could not see the stage show. The staff at the Waterfront were not to blame. Mr. Holland was the culprit.Liam

James Malone: First time visiting last night fantastic venue
Scott Harrison: Base Arcade was EXCELLENT
Mark Devlin: Was there for the Base Arcade event, really nice venue and cool displays
Maebh Bird: Great venue lovely staff!!
Aurora Woods: I organised a memorial party at Oh Yeah Music Centre for my late father, who loved dancing and electronic music. It was an important occasion for everyone there as we had not been able to have a funeral for my dad in person due to covid and this was the first occasion that the extended family and friends could all come together and celebrate my father's life. The venue was absolutely perfect and the care, attention and kindness shown by its staff just went above and beyond. What a fantastic venue!
Mark Drennan: First time at this venue to see Dean Friedman. It was nice, not too large, good sound and a bar located conveniently.
Maeve Steele: Lovely venue for a concert, enjoyed my trip to see Set It Off. Staff were friendly and so polite and the security staff were so kind and caring to the young people attending. A lovely atmosphere and well run venue. The venue is also a charity supporting local artists and I was lucky to hear one of their artists. Highly recommend for a concert.

F: £6 for a pint of Guinness and it's not even poured properly. Prices have went through the roof post COVID. Save your money and go to Parlour nearby, better pint for less money

Brónadh Rooney: Fionnuala was a showstopper tonight during the interval for the comedy gig. lifting all the glasses on the floor - without her, there would have been no glasses for drinks. I'm very appreciative! She was very modest also when I asked her name for this review but she deserves the credit!
mijragde: Atmosphere: 5/5More
Ian Byrne: Fantastic old school music hall.
Zöe B: The best night we went to one of the comedy shows. 🤣 never laughed so much ever. It was brilliant. Really lovely venue and not too pricey considering it's belfast and 2023🙄🤣I would advise if your going on a Tuesday to any of the empire laughs back shows to turn up early to get a seat.

Telegraph Building: what do users think?
Jack: Place is grossNo proper toilets
Lauren Dickson: Good location for music events. Plenty of bars and lots of staff about. The toilets / portaloos are absolutely leaping and smell like they have never been emptied 🤮
glenn law: This was the venue for the Candlight Rock orchestra. And it was a great concert, using a space in the city centre that is perfect for this type of small niche concert. The bar area whilst small and limited choice worked well. Didn't have to use the toilets, so can't really give it a full review. But I would come back to the venue
Helen: Excellent venue, pleasant friendly staff, but as others have mentioned the toilet facilities could do with a bit of attention
Monica MaYuNa: Superb! Really nice event!Rock Candlelight Orchestra did roooock!Another place discovered.
Ryan O'Neill: great spot large event space
Jamie Caddoo: Cracking venue
Lisa Stone: Love the acoustics of this place. Despite it always being cold. The gig made up for it!!
PJ Kelly: Great set up. Ideal location. Dont forget, it's standing only.
Patricia Mcintyre: Went here for a live concert. Staff were friendly. Plenty of public toilets. There was a bar and the atmosphere was fantastic
Heidi Cowen: Great show but standing room only!
Tom McCrisken: Great live music venue. Fantastic sound from the hanging speakers. Very central and easy to get to.
Matthew: Saw Two Door Cinema Club here. Despite it essentially being a warehouse, I was impressed with the acoustics in the venue, it made for a great performance.
Paula Vance: Car park nearby. Easy to enter with eticket. Good concert space and bar. Standing only
Rob Jardine: Blackberry Smoke were the headline performers. Excellent atmosphere.
Ian Friary: Blackcherry smoke.. Great gig and venue
Andrew Wild-Woods: Great space for gigs
Ivan dodds: A great new venue for music in belfast. The Teskey Brothers we amazing
Louise McGann: We were here for a concert. The staff were lovely and so helpful. I cudnt stand the whole concert, so I was provided a seat in the area for the disabled, if that's what u call it. The problem was that we were on the same level as everyone standing so we saw nothing! I have to admit I was a bit shocked that this was the case. The toilets were port-a-loos, never a pleasant experience.
Michael Moore: Great, spacious venue for a gig! Standing room only mind you, bit that's alright. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good acoustics too.

Limelight: what do users think?
David Taylor: It was OK.
steven english: Great spot for Live music
Marius Dimofte: Greatest live music venue in Belfast!
Peter Smyth: Love this venue for gigs, very intimate with good views and great sound.
Keith Anderson: Great music
Joseph Fissore: Small yet superb venue for concerts and clubbing. Went to see Dead Kennedy's, and enjoyed myself greatly. The drinks are shockingly cheap compared to 95% of concert halls around Europe. The staff members were really friendly.
Darren Godfrey: Went to see Billy talent two days ago amazing would definitely come to venue again
Martin Jordan: Great club. Chill staff. Acceptable drinks prices.
Glenn Baker: Great gig venue, going to get better with the Limelight Lounge. R.I.P. Katy's (or the Dome for the geriatrics!)
Ana Laura Hernandez Martinez: Amaizing night with Dead Kenbefys playing
Sean Duffy: It was great and staff was great as well they help me out with a seat because I can not stand for too long
Anna: My friends and myself often come to limelight and our night is usually made by seeing and speaking to one of the kindest bouncers Claire, she’s helped us on many occasions and is honestly one of the reasons why we feel safe enough to attend limelight so often.
dogac akyıldız: Spacious place. Good music. Fast bar service. Nice staff.
Marie-Claire: I used to love going to the Limelight in my student days. It was the only place in Belfast that would have a decent rock club night during the week and at the weekend. I went for the first time since before COVID on Saturday and was really disappointed that Limelight 2 no longer played rock tunes! The drink deals were good but our main reason for going was the music :(
Lisa Stone: A favourite venue in Belfast for gigs!! Cannot fault it..
Stevie Ward: Great venue.
Iain Taylor: Good service at the bar, but the acoustics are terrible.
jackrann: I’ve been to so many nightclubs all around the world, but I’ve never been treated so poorly as I am by the bouncers in Limelight back home. They constantly take the mick out of you, and seem like they don’t even want you to get inside. The number of times they’ve taken five steps back and made me walk like a model to get in. Made me recite the number on my drivers license. Show them my Instagram and phone settings so I am who I am. I’m 21, and look it. In all these instances I never really had much to drink before I came in and don’t ever cause any bother.Expect passport control style stares when you get in line and they take your ID. They’ll hold it for 40seconds looking at any way to try and see a little hole in it.Inside bouncers will doing casual walkabouts in bathrooms and swarming around the club. Dont be surprised when you go out to the little smoking area and you can’t back get in for no reason. They close doors when they feel like it. The funny thing is despite all this hi-tech bouncer management the club is still bustling with 16 year oldsThe sad thing is that Belfast really has no other option because Limelight is the most popular club and has deals with the biggest promoters in Ireland to bring in brilliant DJs. A nightclub is about trying to let go and have fun, but at Limelight you can’t do that because having fun is a sign of “having too many” in managements eyes. This leads to an incredibly boring atmosphere and lads shoving into each other all the time.If you’re thinking about coming here, just don’t. Go to a nice bar or just go home.
Jay woolsey: Pete Doherty is God
Cian Smith: Staff very rude
Frank Togher: Nice ; venue split into Limelight 1 & 2. Get some great bands. Cloakrooms are nice touch. Prices are normal for Belfast. £3 for a small bottle of water.

Susannah Louise: You can’t not have a good time here!!!Every time I come to Manchester I always make sure to book a night here, it is the best place to go! The entertainment is fabulous, the music is amazing, the food I superb & the staff are so friendly! You will 100% have fun and come out smiling!
Jennifer Mckeown: Dance dungeon extravaganza
Fifa man: Lovely venue, decor and size
Benny McClure: So good, music and atmosphere unmatched
David Burch: Great spot ....cool vibes
Melissa Zoccoli: Great little bar. That's the thing I love about Ireland is that it has so many Beautiful little pubs & restaurants. U can have a few drinks plus a little bite to eat as well.
Ray Jackson: Really good dnb, & nice ppl, not very clean place tho & no cloakroom etc.
Sophie: A brilliant night ruined by one man. Was at Menagerie for a fundraiser for a new gender neutral toilet at the amazing queer art venue The 343. A raffle was going on and we won a very large painting which obviously wouldn't be able to be carried home. Spoke to the amazing Dawn about the situation who passed me on to the not so amazing Andy (the owner or something). Explained that it was clearly impossible for us to carry a door-sized painting home so asked if I could pick it up on Monday. Was told that he was working but couldn't guarantee when he would be in Menagerie til. Explained we were having a spa day on Monday and was met with a "well good for you" and a turned back. Thankfully Dawn has volunteered to look after the painting but honestly can't believe the response from the owner/manager. So much love for the 343 and the menagerie in general which is why this was so surprising.
Lisa Esson: Super
Declan O'Neill: Great atmosphere
Chris Mccrudden: Good atmosphere and lovely bar staff
Samuel Bertrand: Plutôt en‘ un bon endroit pour chineurs de house/techno !
-McNulty -: secrets can happen here!
Nicole: Cool venue with a wide variety of events.
Carraig: Massive skeng
Claire Mcdaniel: Great sized venue. Friendly staff
Shannon Mckee: Nothing special really
Kris Hewitt: Really cool bar for gigs and the like. Cheap drinks and a really grungy vibe. Reminds me of those old photos of CBGBs. Go see a local punk band here, you won't regret it.
Adam Shaw: Great place for live bands & DJs
Jordan Lamb: My mate got someone's dreadlock dipped in his rum and coke.
Tammy Germany: Wouldn't of known about this place if it wasn't for a local - brick house with an unassuming entrance. Love the random nights - from disco to drum n bass. Can get a bit stuffy inside - alot of people hang outside probably due to this.. Don't let this stop you tho! Good night out.

The opulent auditorium was just a wonder to sit and view. The architect (whom you can read about within the foyer) certainly pulled out the stops!!!The newer part, with bars and seating areas is airy and modern, easy access with a lift to all floors. Staff were so professional and nothing was too much trouble. All food and drinks were very fairly priced.I sat in the grand circle, excellent value for money with superb views, seats were comfy, though if you're a person with long legs, the space in front is limited slightly.A hidden gem in the modern world.
