He diagnosed, found the fault, stripped, repaired and tested our washer and was on his way in 25 minutes.Shaun is a friendly, polite and covid compliant lad, who fully explained exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do to carry out the repair.The cost of the repair with parts was more than reasonable, which ticked all the boxes.I only wish I could give Shaun a higher score than 5.

From entering the shop to the delivery everything went smoothly and I can now enjoy cooking again. Thanks so much again to John and Tim.
Jane Cain: BRILLIANT SERVICE. I went to HT's as the integrated fridge freezer in my holiday let had 'died' and I needed something quickly as I had guests arriving the same day. I was able to collect a small fridge immediately and resolve the situation. Richard gave me some very useful advice with regard to replacing the fridge freezer - as it was not as straight forward as I thought and as a result I used HTs to replace the broken one. They have a great range of products from value brands to high end. I will certainly return when I need anything else. It is marvellous to have a local company providing a personal service - and we must support them and not just end up with shops at the end of telephones/on websites.
