Jonny Polhill: Excellent customer service and great products. I support an individual who is autistic, to go to GAME regularly. I would like to commend and thank the staff at GAME Monks Cross and in particularly Claire. When supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues more often than not people will talk to me rather than the individual. This has never been the case with Claire ,in particular ,at GAME. She has always spoke directly to them even though they require support from me. This may seem such a small thing but means the world to the individuals I support being seen as an equal and not as someone who requires help to access the community, simply they are not patronised. The individual actively looks forward to their visits always asking if Claire will be there, they are given time when there and patience and they trust what Claire tells them about the products in a way they can understand. It is these "little things" giving time to people no matter what there needs are that make the experience fun and something to look forward to and actually something that means alot more than just a shopping trip. Thank you

Never been in this Shop before but will certainly go in again, and recommend to Friends, as the Service was First Class. Thank you very much.

This shop has become my default go to store for anything board game related.

Charis Remzi: Lots and lots of music available, plenty of vinyls and CDs- actually managed to find a few that are quite hard to come by on the high street so I was quite impressed. Only downside is one of the members of staff was quite unpleasant and almost rude to people which my partner and I found a bit off-putting.

Scott in particular was super helpful giving me guidance on a killteam starter set and informing me on how to play and what to progress to!Even more so we ended up building a model of the month which we had no idea about until today! Which was an awesome experience.All in all this store was fantastic you had guys playing a game of 40k to us who were pretty much just painters but came out feeling a little more part of the gang!

Josh Atkinson: Me and my wife went during the 'Paint a free miniature' promotion. We showed up with our miniature dachshund and were served by Alison who was super friendly and helpful.We both got to choose to paint an ultramarine or sigmar knight and then guided us step by step with the different paints and techniques. As added fun they take your miniatures to a small battlefield and let you have a turn fighting tyranids.The idea is super fun and we had a great time. Our dog got lots of attention and pets too. Highly recommend.

Sian Louise: Amazing toy store. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have severe ptsd and anxiety and try to wear my mask as long as possible but often need breaks. I have a sunflower lanyard and not once did I get any looks or glares and when I asked for help to get the bikes down for my nephew to try they were really helpful and i felt really comfortable here. They let him try the bikes and have a little play so we could get the perfect one for him. We also had a wonder around the shop and he chose his toys. The cashier was so friendly. She let my nephew who is 3 pay for his own toys and said Merry Christmas back to him. I would definitely return.

Victoria Brown: This review is solely for Kate, the Manager on duty. We had placed an order using the machines in store on Friday but had not had any confirmation by email or a reservation number. On Friday we asked in store, asked the actual ‘store manager’ when we would get something, only to be blown off with a ‘it’s a new system’ answer. By Monday night, still nothing. We went back to the store and an associate pretty much gave us an ‘I don’t know’ response. Then, in swept Super-Kate! She overheard and took over. She found our order VERY quickly by working back from the item we had ordered, and before we knew it, she pulled it from the orders and we were done. Quick and painless. I couldn’t have been more grateful. Promote Kate. She deserves it for her customer focused attitude, problem solving skills, can-do approach, and smiley, bubbly demeanor!
