Olivia Holder: Due to our ‘energetic’ Sprocker, we feel quite the regulars at Salisbury! However, we have always felt that there is lovely staff on the phones and front desk. All of the Vets are very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. No matter how concerned we have felt, they have always put us and our dog at ease. We never struggle to get an appointment via phone and they are also very responsive on email. Salisbury is always clean and airy. The only slight challenge at that location can be car parking if it is busy. Thank you for always being there for us. Great service.

Nicholas Watson: Revised review…I've been assured that problems i had seemed to be due to a problem with the plastic bottles rather than any errors on their part.Anyway, the staff are friendly and I don't have to wait long to collect my medications, which due to my complex health problems are numerous.

Julie Whittaker: I have been with Minster vets for many years now and no matter which branch I have been to the staff have been amazing.My local surgery at Crocky hill and the staff at Salisbury have been amazing, we had many health issues with our rescue german shepherd Tia so she was had a lot of visits to the vets, she didn't like other dogs though, so the staff had to clear the waiting room so we could get in!This was never a problem for them to do this and they were always welcoming and helpful.she had continuous ear infections, then while getting a MOT the vet found a lump which needed operated on, then the following year she was under the weather, the receptionist suggested we get her in urgently as it might be pyometra, we got her in within the hour and she did have it, they operated on her but we were told she may not make it, but she did.Unfortunately a year later her back end gave up and we had to have her put down.This was only 3 weeks ago and the pain I feel is unbearable, the staff once again were amazing and they even sent us a lovely sympathy card.I wouldn't go to any other vets with nay of my pets, I 100 recommend them. Thank you to everyone who has treated Tia, THANKYOU xx

Megan Patrick: The care and compassion from all the staff throughout the Minster Veterinary practices, that our family have had contact with, has always been excellent. They have looked after all of our animals with the same level of kindness and expertise from our hens to our cats and dogs. We have recommended Minster Vets to our friends who have been equally delighted by the warmth and care they have received upon their visits. The emergency availability at their Salisbury Road practice is a truly excellent service not available with so many other practices. On the occasions we have had to use this service the local aspect and the easy access to our vets has reduced stressful, upsetting incidents hugely. We will continue to use and recommend Minster Vets as their genuine love of animals and their kind, caring, customer service are an excellent support to our pet filled family.
