Thelma Wingfield: The bouquet that arrived was beautiful. However one stem of flowers was broken where it had been tied. Within a couple of days the tulips had wilted and flopped. I rang and was told a replacement would be sent.Two days later the replacement flowers arrived. Literally the replacement of the flowers that had died.Surely the whole bouquet should have been replaced, not just the flowers that had died. The bouquet is now a mixture of five day old flowers and fresh flowers. Poor customer service which is a shame as the flowers are lovely.I am updating this review and increasing it from a 3*to a 5*. I am still disappointed as I have mentioned above but actually the rating for the flowers is worth 5* The flowers are nearly one week old and still look lovely. U
Martin Smith: Patricia May took a call from me ordering flowers for my wife's 60th birthday. It was also Mother's Day weekend and a couple of other florists I tried said that their order books were full and they couldn't help. The man on the end of the phone took my order like it was no problem at all to them despite being a busy weekend. I just told him the colours I wanted and the restaurant I wanted them delivered to. They did the rest, and what a fantastic job they made of it. My wife burst into tears of delight when we arrived at the restaurant and she found them on our table.In future I shall be going straight to Patricia May - great service, no drama.Thankyou.
