I bought one of your soft tubs 15 years ago and it is one of the best purchase I have ever made. I use it everyday it is highly relaxing and very revitalising and also very economical to run. It was kept outside for many years but it is now in a cabin in my garden so I can use it all year round and is still as good as new. If ever anything happened to it I would have no hesitation at all to purchase another one. I love it! Thank you
I reinstalled the Hydromate this weekend, filled the Softub and turned it on. I am pleased to say that I can set the temperature to my choice and the Softtub is now heated. Thank you very much for the support provided by you and the Softub Team, If we ignore the UKMail difficulty, everything went to plan and within an very a cceptable timeframe. highly manor: , I gave them a call and spoke to Andrew who was most helpful and placed the order in March. Surprisingly it was available earlier than the due date. On delivery day it was installed by Phil, who was very informative, reminding me of how important keeping the PH level correct, and also he obligingly helped me with relocating my other Softub.All in all a great team of people at Hot Tubs and Living.

But you are buying for the long term. Ours has now moved house with us - it was surprisingly easy. I have found the company to be very helpful when we have needed help. The pump has been back for a service and small repair once and this was very easy. They sent a box and arranged collection. The cost was very reasonable.Highly recommended.

Chris Pool: Purchased our softub 3 years ago I thought it was a bit overpriced at the time but it's a great investment as they are much cheaper to run than any other spa. With the price of electricity going up we can still afford to use our softub.The people at York are so very helpful trustworthy and honest. It was free delivery and set up , it's also really easy to keep up with not a problem or hard work .

Tim Barton: Softub is a high quality durable product and should not be confused with the cheaper inflatable products. Unlike Acrylic Hot tubs there are no hard slippery surfaces, you just step in and sit down. My wife has a chronic bad back so it is a perfect Hydrotherapy pool. Finally I have always had First Class service from Softub UK.
