Gary Little: I would like to give this repair shop 7 stars. They repaired my favorite Jeffrey West shoes that JW themselves refused to repair. The job was very tricky because the shoes are an odd shape and need a single long piece of dyed leather to be done properly. The shoes are effectively as good as new and I could not be happier. To be completely transparent they did take longer than promised but it was worth the wait. True craftsmanship.

It's a small and local business that has been there for years, which says a lot.
