Lorraine Williams: I don’t often leave reviews but I felt this review was a mustI went to the York store this week and was lucky to be served by Andy, he really knows his stuff and his product knowledge was so goodI have had issues with my ankle for 3 years and unable to find the right footwear to help with pain and ankle swelling. Andy tested my gait on the running machine to find out I have over pronunciation which has also been causing hip pain .I have been working with a NHS physio who never suggested changing my footwear.So thanks again Andy, delighted to have supportive trainers which although early days feel much better with less ankle swelling
A Fowles: Fantastic running shop. Went in to buy a knee brace and came out, 30 minutes later, with invaluable advice and top notch customer service. They really make time for you here and they know their stuff.Couldn’t recommend this shop enough for any runners

Deborah McStay: Sophie. Needed to exchange faulty football boots that were 7 months old and I had no receipt only a bank statement. Sophie was so helpful, managed to produce a duplicate receipt from the till after searching for a good while, was offered a full exchange, no quibbles. My son got his new football boots and I didn’t have to pay twice! . One happy customer!

Oleg Samoilov: Great shoe store. The store has reasonable prices for shoes, and there are also discounts and special offers on some sneaker models. My son bought some great sneakers there at a discount and an additional discount for students. I am very pleased with this clothing store and can confidently recommend it.
Tom Tom: Very good store for people who don't want to drive 50 miles from Sheffield. It's worth it. Prices are discounted at least 50£ friendly staff and it's not much anoy people. 10+

Laura Hirst: Went into Clark’s monks cross this afternoon with my parents and two boys aged 2 and 4, they were in desperate need of some winter boots. Alfie helped us and was awesome, he was so patient with the boys, not pushy about buying and was really customer focused. My eldest has really wide feet and Alfie made me feel really confident about the shoe choice and made my 4 year old feel happy too despite there not being too much choice for him! It’s not often you receive customer service to this level especially when the kids are a nightmare! Thanks a lot ! Laura
