Chenny Y: The best Charlie Bears shop in the UK. A great, huge selection of Charlie Bears. I bought two Bears from them, both unbearably adorable. Love them so much. The lady who owns the shop is friendly, professional and patient. She knew each bear well and help me choose which ones to get based on my preference. The other staff are also very kind, polite and helpful. They also have lots of beautiful dolls and jellycat. Highly recommended. I'm definitely coming for more Charlie Bears in the near future!

But you have for no reason blocked me on Facebook. I would love to order a doll for my daughter's birthday but I don't want to order a doll, and it gets cancelled again because then my daughter will be upset again because it will be the second doll that she's asked for that has been cancelled.Can you please tell me why I have been blocked, when I have not done anything wrong. Staff are fantastic very kind and always helpful and always go out of their way to ask if you need help with anything. They is also a big range of lego and electric devices aswell a baby nursery items. Highly recommend!

Sian Louise: Amazing toy store. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have severe ptsd and anxiety and try to wear my mask as long as possible but often need breaks. I have a sunflower lanyard and not once did I get any looks or glares and when I asked for help to get the bikes down for my nephew to try they were really helpful and i felt really comfortable here. They let him try the bikes and have a little play so we could get the perfect one for him. We also had a wonder around the shop and he chose his toys. The cashier was so friendly. She let my nephew who is 3 pay for his own toys and said Merry Christmas back to him. I would definitely return.

Email response was quick and I visited the shop and was assisted to find a doll that my daughter loved that was within our budget. Couldn’t be more helpful and was a lovely experience for my daughter as the lady was so enthusiastic and helped my daughter to pick the perfect doll and weigh her so she could fill in her birth certificate.
