Heslington Sportsfield: what do users think?
David Lacy: Not bad
Andy burton: Nice car park swings for the kids and a walk in the countryside. Good lot of bumps in the woods down the track for bike's
Sean Harvey: A variety of sports are played here for all age groups. Nice place to sit and relax.
Iain Shaw: Heslington are one of the friendliest Cricket Clubs in the York League. Played against them there many times. The only time cricketers tend to be miserable with other people using the field is when those other people are walking, standing or messing about behind the bowler's arm.
Simon Ward: Great for young children. But watch out for the miserable cricket players in the Summer.

York Community Stadium Leisure Complex: what do users think?
Bob Kingdom: We were trying to find a specific place sign posting is awful in the end we parked up and walked lots of car parking but signage is terrible
Mick: Great facilities felt looked after as an away fan friendly staff.Felt a bit intimidating outside with young youth standing in groups possibly looking for an altercation with away fans.
Carl Lee: Good venue clean and tidy
Cynthia Burton: Great place for rugby 🏉 and cinema shops ect
mike A: Nice little ground although the very small away seating area behind the goal is low so not a great view. Signs to ground and explanation of which car parks you can and cannot use could be better. Friendly staff in ground.
Tino Riedel: Schönes Erlebnis mal in England zum Fussball zu gehen. Alle Mitarbeiter des Vereins waren nett zu uns.
Christopher Aspinall: Excellent stadium. Perfect amount of amenities Great atmosphere. Would recommend for a game. Wish York was further up the football pyramid with a stadium like this, deserves League 1 minimum.
Liz Dawes: Although the complex itself is a great facility, there are some issues still need resolving. I visited with my husband (who is a season ticket holder for both YCFC and YCK and says the ticketing system has improved since last year)We booked for the pool area with 3 of our young grandchildren. Many of the lockers were out of action but other than that it was a very good facility. My issue was with the cafe. We wanted to treat the grandchildren to lunch after our swim, the 2 youngest are dairy and soy intolerant and although the menu states that there are vegan alternatives, the staff didn't seem to have a clue whether there were or not. (Luckily I had brought a few snacks and veggies for them to nibble on!) We ordered a rocky road and hot chocolate for our granddaughter and tea and coffee for ourselves. The cups were extremely hot to touch even though they were double layered and my tea bag was left in so by the time I had dealt with the little ones and taken the lid off it was totally stewed. I had to ask for the table to be wiped down as it was still covered in food and sticky from previous customers. We had also ordered a cheese and ham toastie and a toasted tea cake, after 25 minutes these hadn't arrived so I had to ask where they were, the staff had obviously completely forgotten them and I was told they would be with me soon. As I walked away from the counter my granddaughter told me the girl rolled her eyes behind my back! When the said hot food arrived, I made a comment such as, "good, at last" instead of a polite apology, then the man serving us rudely said " we ARE very busy" which was totally untrue! The toasted tea cake was tasteless and my toastie instead of being in sliced bread as I was expecting was in an warm but untoasted floury roll with very little filling (see pics) What a disappointment for our £17.05, total rip off and not at all what we were expecting. Not the first time we've had poor service at the cafe, think we have learnt our lesson and won't be visiting again.
Scott Hamilton: The gym here is ok need some more duplicate equipment as I find myself having to change exercises because someone using the peice for way to long ...there an old guy in the gym that works there that makes you feel quite uncomfortable as you catch him stairing at you quite alot when your working out as if he's eager to tell you everything your doing wrong .I thought it was just me but 2 of my freinds noticed it aswell
Alan Wrotchford: Good place plenty of shops and businesses
Robert Agnew: Watched LEEDS UNITED V BLACKPOOL in friendly so.e tidy football ⚽️ played and Leeds Co.i g out 4 nil winners
Kevan Marshall Hawes: Brilliant venue
Gareth Taylor: Nice stadium. Plenty of up to date facilities but utterly utterly soulless. Shame, a real missed opportunity.
William Craven: Started using this gym a month ago. Very impressed. Great equipment plenty of cleaning stations. Very well maintained with staff members cleaning & painting etc if needed. Would highly recommend 👍🏻
Cosar Akcicek: Great new stadium for york
Andy H: Still a few issues in getting tickets and access through the turnstiles , but once in it's a modern stadium with what looks like a decent playing surface. Still hanker back to Clarence Street days though.
Clair Garrett: Great venue but not covid safe when only opened one stand
Rudie Humphrey: Great place to watch football....
bryan thompson: Plenty of space to move around. The screen and sound were impressiveThis made for a very enjoyable experienceWould go there again
Graeme Walton: New stadium and sports complex. Went to watch York City v Southport. It is part of retail park on the outskirts of the city. It is a nice stadium, all seater and covered on all four sides. There is a park and ride next to the stadium, with a regular service into the city centre, which takes about 15 minutes. Enjoyed the visit, but it is so far out of the city centre, it didn't really feel like it was York.
Jon Stagg: The gym here has the potential to be pretty good - if a few niggles are resolved or improved, it’s a good size, plenty of space around equipment which is good quality and brand new, it’s also very clean and staff are friendly, here’s what could be or needs to be improved, there’s no TRX (which is pretty basic gym equipment) and nowhere at present to hang one, there needs to be, there are no fitbands available, only one drinking fountain (and it only delivers tepid water) a place this size needs more than one, there are ‘pool only’ memberships and ‘gym & pool’ memberships but no ‘gym only’ memberships, which doesn’t seem right, while the gym initially feels lovely and cool when you initially enter from outside, it’s a bit of an illusion and the actual room temperature is 20-21C (too warm for training) the AC units are flat out trying to deliver cooler but there are fewer than half the quantity needed to cool a space of this size, you really need more, particularly during summer, the two popular and well attended daytime yoga classes have been scrapped leaving members with off peak memberships no yoga classes they can attend, and finally the squat rack has been incorrectly installed facing away from the mirror, after being open for several months now thus really should be now have been turned around. Ok hope that all proves useful and the above issues are quickly resolved and you might then get five stars.

York Sport Village: what do users think?
Georgia Craig: gyms busy, with two squat racks, copious amounts of rusty (??!) technogym, and no deadlift platform. trecky to get to, and just not the best. friendly staff, but the gyms just crammed full of equipment but very limited free weights
kathryn Surtees: We are members here and its great
Connor Hawksworth: Great for taking a newborn swimming as it has everything you need and is warm.
David Alderson: A really good setup here. Probably the best pool in the city (barring outdoor at DL), gym is well setup, can get busy but there are quieter times
Eleanor: Large gym and pool, always very clean when I go and there’s access to free classes if you’re a member which is a nice bonus. The café also sells a good range of cold drinks to costa and has a view over the pool which is useful. The temperature is always good for exercising.
George Mackay: vending machine don’t work.not pleased.🤬😡🤬🤬
Dominic Spengler: Nice but a bit pricey and the pool isn’t too clean — ended up with conjunctivitis from it more than once. Otherwise good upstairs gym though. Shame that it’s quite far away from everything so cycling there via the windy open bike path from the other campus isn’t very fun.
Colin Walker: Great swimming pool
Thomas Smith: I love York Sport ❤
Alison Mellor: You'd expect it to feel really busy on a Saturday but there was plenty of space to swim. The changing rooms were clean and warm. It's just a shame that the pool isn't open more for free swimming
Mc Dog: Swimming ... well laid out, lovely girl on reception. Recommended!
iiSunnyrxses: very nice 👌
Rumia_Touhou: 价格很实惠不过泳池有些小没人带泳帽还有就是泳池里的水一股难闻的咸味
Rob Dover: Modern facilities. Easy to find, easy to park. Reasonably priced. Interesting cycling circuit too. And an outdoor velodrome, the like of which I've never seen before.
João Paulo Brito: The structure is perfect.
Derek MUNDY: There for Invictus Training in Archery. I found there were not enough toilets and no canteen. Vending machines only..
Darryl Smith: What a selection of exercise experiences, from 5 a side, to dance and swimming.
Paul Browne: Friendly staff, great location and great facilities. Not much to dislike hence my 5 stars
Ellie Pickard: Brilliant clean facilities.
Lloyd Bodill: Good.
Trevor Oakley: Pouts, barrier-jumpers and people who sit on equipment looking at themselves for 30 minutes whilst 10 other people wait to use it. Too many people, too many in love with themselves.

Nike Factory Store: what do users think?
Tracy Maddison: Only window shopped
Nicole Crane: Staff were friendly
Hamid: Nike's share price has been dropping consistency over the last few years and it's not hard to see why.The product range is old and tired looking, the prices are ridiculously high even at the outlet, the quality is average and the brand isn't anywhere near as aspirational as it once used to be.In years gone by, I was a die-hard fan for Nike, in particular the Jordan and Air Force one range but those are now victims of capitalist success and carry premium price tags. The rest of the range looked dated and tired, which is why Nike probably chose to hire an extremely questionable spokesperson advertising *womens* apparel. That confirmed my supposition that the company is clutching at straws and my decision to switch somr yeats ago to the likes of Gymshark. Ryderwear and Under Armour, were some of the best decisions I made.See for yourself.
James Stickland: First visit to York outlet, didn't seemto have as much stock as other Nike outlets visited in past (Castleford, Portsmouth). Still worth visiting!
Muhammad Omar: Amazing
Sonny Hobson: Clothes are well priced but the fresh lines don’t change enough for me. Trainers are the real bargains with some great discounts applied.
Radwan Almasri: Good
Jenny: Br
Chris Brown: Happy friendly staff well stocked
Andrew Dallin: Disappointing range
courtneyj bowler: Staff where lovely and picked up my favourite pair of trainers at a fraction of the price! Love Nike York!
Tim Freeman: Great deals
Alañ Dale: Ok for nike products only
Allison barron: Helpful staff
Mark Davies: Nothing to dislike...
Megan Barnes: I don't really like it it was to busy for my liking
Abdul khaliq: Some ok stuff but selection quite limited.
Becky Purdue: Some bargain Nike gear
A P: Ottima scelta, gusti all'inglese ma prezzi tutto sommato onesti
Gary Holdsworth: My son grabbed a bargain in here but I couldn't be arsed digging through the untidy shelves
Ivo Argirov: Top Deals
