Me and my friend had been trying to find a house to rent for weeks, and despite having the money and being fully-employed at the time, our credibility was low as we were recent graduates instead of long-term professionals. Contrary to other agencies that either did not give us enough attention or were rude to us, Quantum helped us with viewings and houses and were very helpful. What is more, the amount that they require to take a house out of the market is significantly lower to some fairly high amounts other agencies demand, which is great for people that are starting up a household. For all the above, and taking into consideration my experience with other agencies in York, I highly recommend Preston Baker. I first dealt with Becki Bulmer who was super lovely, and easy to talk to. She helped us all the way through, and dealt perfectly with my nervousness.We then got passed on to Zoe Dunning who, again, was so lovely & sweet. She helped us with all of the moving in, all of the handing over of the keys. She was so kind.
