Alanna Burns: Went in to pick up some condoms today. Despite being busy the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! All other staff were busy helping others but kept a smile on their faces. The bags were also decorated with hearts for Valentine’s Day which was a nice touch. Overall staff was great and I felt very comfortable.

Martin Rowson-Clark: I have known about this medical centre for a number of years. This is my first time using their services. Due to a shoulder injury, I initiated contact via the website. Called on the Monday morning and was surprised to receive a appointment that morning. It is a beautiful building. Reception staff where friendly. I saw the Dr and after the consultation it was recommended that I had a joint injection. The Dr checked and I was booked in the next Friday.An efficient and pleasant experience from initial contact. Very friendly staff.

Jade Rogerson: Was greated so welcoming at the door by Rachael, didn’t wait very long at all, Cathorine who did my scan was so attentive, went into a lot of detail and went above and beyond with explaining to me what was what and getting images. I’d definitely go again and would definitely recommend!
emily: . Out of the 5 experiences only 1 was not that great - appt was half an hour late, sonographer couldn't get any pictures, but we were offered a free re scan for that one. Other than that all others have been fantastic. Staff always friendly and take the time to give you lots of photos and videos. Would highly recommend.

A very in depth scan and got to hear my babies heart beat for the first time both women absolutely lovely! Put me right at ease. Very attentive and I even got a bear with my baby’s heart beat recording in it along with digital photos & videos and printed photos too! Would 100% recommend coming here.

Teresa Keen: From booking in to discharge I was met with nothing but care and kindness . Thank you York for making my day relaxed and pain free whilst I was having my procedure done especially the lovely team in theatre who were just delightful.

Peter Routledge: Came in with an emergency, was promptly seen, triaged, then sent to surgery. Recovery and ward 14 staff were wonderful. The NHS may have challenges but the experience I have had has highlighted how wonderful it can be.
Andrew Snape: Emergency visit to A&E was handled superbly by the staff, we were taken through x-rays, CT scans, plastering, examination, and stitching up very professionally and cheerfully. They had some challenging clients in that evening but kept polite and helpful to all of them. They provided the best solution to a bad situation.
Elaine Wood: I go to York Hospital quite a lot for different types of appointments,and as yet I haven't had a any bad experiences. I know that sometimes an appointment can't be on time because of under staffed,or other holdups. The staff from the receptionist right up to the doctor, surgeon or whoever you see have been kind, compassionate and honest. They have always helped me to the best of their ability.
