Whiskeys Cockapoos: what do users think?
Brooke Perry: We honestly couldn’t be more grateful of Clare. From the day our gorgeous Jax chose us till now she has been so helpful, caring and really shows her love for the puppies. Clare stays in touch and loves to have regular pupdates from the puppy owners. To this day, Jax still adores Clare and becomes so excited when we pull up at her field! Our boy is not only the happiest puppy we have met but is the most confident puppy going and that is down to the care and love Clare gave him.We also attend puppy training with Clare which is very educational for us as puppy owners.Clare is amazing at what she does!
Susan Jones: Very happy with the communication and updates we got from the birth of the puppies onwards and the care and desensitisation they got. Clare creates a good sense of community for owners to keep in touch with each other and ask for advice, this is all done via social media and zoom. She has already invited us back to puppy meet ups at her secure field too which shows she really cares about keeping in touch with owners. The training videos are also great to supplement the training classes we’ve signed up for in our local area.
Nicki Lambrianou: I had researched breeders and followed Clare for a while and knew that I would love to to get one of her puppies and was fortunate enough to be chosen as the owner of one of Clare’s puppies from Lady’s litter of show cockers. The hard work and commitment that Clare puts into her puppies is second to none so when they arrive they are already well trained and socialised meaning we have a very happy confident puppy. The support that she has given both before and after we got our puppy has been fantastic and it’s clear to see she how much she cares for and wants the best for them all. I am so happy to have found and been chosen to be the lucky owner of a Whiskeys Cocker and Cockapoo puppy. It is clear to see that Clare is both a fantastic ethical breeder and dog trainer so you know you will get the best puppies with the best support that doesn’t end when you take them home. Thank you for our perfect boy.
Dawn Redwood: We are so lucky to have found such a brilliant breeder. Not only is Clare highly qualified in her field. She truly cares about the families who adopt. The aftercare is top notch and I would highly recommend Clare.
Chris Briddick: Amazing
Alex Renshaw: Clare is an amazing breeder and we are incredibly thankful that we found her after a detailed and thorough search. We were looking for someone who puts the welfare of the pups above profit, who raises them with love within a family home and who is knowledgable and experienced. Clare is all of these things and much more. She guides potential owners through an assessment process, carefully selecting suitable homes for her new pups. Once accepted, you join a wonderful Facebook community. Here, Clare offers full visibility of her dogs and provides regular updates through their pregnancy. You get to see the scans, learn how the mums are getting on and see the pups being born. It really is just magical and a wonderful start to the relationship you make with your pup. You then enter a private group with potential owners of the litter where you receive almost daily updates on the pups progress. This became the highlight of my family’s day, seeing the puppies open their eyes, crawl, enjoy their first meal, venture outside, wrestle etc etc. We felt fully involved despite being many miles away. Their is a clear structure to the selection process but if I’m honest, picking order is irrelevant - all the pups are just amazing. Two weeks ago we collected our puppy (along with his personalised puppy pack) and welcomed him into our home. He is an incredibly lovable, confident and joyful little thing. Toilet training has been painless as Clare had already began this process for us. Furthermore, our pup already has an incredible grasp of basic commands including sit and come, which has helped tremendously to manage him in more excitable moments. Clare continues to champion us by offering supportive training videos, linking us to relevant courses and providing tailored guidance as we settle our pup in. She has far exceeded our already high expectations. We feel incredibly grateful to have met her and to have welcomed one of her pups into our family. Thank you Clare!
Jan Smith: I wish I could give more than 5*. Amazing amazing amazing breeder! We were looking for our first family dog so we wanted to make sure we got it right. I researched a lot of breeders but none of them stood out like Clare at Whiskey Cockapoos. We had to fill in an application form before we would even be considered for going on one of her wait lists, and I think this is exactly how it should be.Clare kept us up to date with every little detail from pregnancy to birth and every day after that. The picking process was completely fair and stress free which I was so pleased about as I was dreading it a little. Following on from this, Clare shafted preparing the pups for their forever homes and I was blown away by how much she did with them.I have lost count of the number of friends that have commented on how good our breeder is when I tell them what she has done with Winnie to prepare her for coming to live with us.Even now we have Winnie at home, Clare still offers support and guidance and I will definitely be signing up for her classes at The Puppy Master.Clare, we can’t thank you enough for allowing us to have one of your pups and for giving her the best start in life!
David Pullein: This breeder is unbelievable the things she does with the pups at such a young age is amazing I can't recommend her highly enough for the care and well being can't be many many breeders take this much time and attention to detail with her dogs
Kim Wheeler: I enjoy competitive agility and asked Clare to choose a puppy for me that was showing potential for agility. That is quick and eager to learn with plenty of drive. My puppy is now 6 months old and I couldn't be more pleased with her. The early training and socialization Clare does with her pups makes them easy to train and lovely characters.
Nick Dimant: We had heard that Clare is a fantastic breeder and so it has proved. From our very first contact with Clare she has been helpful, informative and supportive. She clearly is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is an ethical breeder and both Effie’s parents were fully health tested. We met Truffles her mum who is a lovely dog. After the litter was born Clare posted videos and updates on their progress almost every day which was so reassuring. She also had videos of her training the puppies. We could see the puppies developing in what was clearly a caring home environment. We have had Effie for a week now and she is such a beautiful puppy. She is 9 weeks old but already is confident, independent and a joy to be with. She has real spirit but is very affectionate and easy to handle. She adjusted to living with us very quickly. At Clare’s suggestion we visited Effie twice before we took her home with us to encourage bonding. I am sure that helped her settle in so easily. Clare established a Facebook messenger group for the specific litter so that the owners could post questions and share experiences – this has been very useful. All in all, Clare has been great throughout the whole process. Thank you Clare!
john bateson: Puppies from this breeder are very well grounded and socialised before you get them. This aids home training and gives pups a safe and responsive grounding into your home with little or no upset on their behalf. I have no hesitation in reccomending this breeder. However be warned if she considers you unsuitable you will not get a puppy. The puppy's best interests are for most regardless of any monitary concerns, which I consider to be paramount.
DEEPA NAYAR: 5 days ago, we picked up our cockapoo puppy Oscar from Clare after waiting since May 2019! The best start the puppy could have ! Clare is thoroughly professional , maintained constant contact and has been an amazing breeder to get a puppy from- her experience and the care she the puppies is superb and when they have come to their forever homes , they seem to settle very quickly ! Thank you Clare Andrusyk
Mandy Newman: Claire has been such great person to meet gives great advice, she goes out of her way to help
Craig Smith: Used Whiskey as a stud to my girl Ruby. He is a gorgeous boy with a wonderful temprement, which resulted in 4 gorgeous f2 puppies.Claire is extremely friendly, but also she has a wealth of knowledge and was very helpful throughout the breeding process/ pregnancy. She was always available for us to ask questions no matter what time and really made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. When we advertised our puppies (which Claire offered to do for us) we had people from different counties aware of the excellent reputation of Whiskey, which really highlights how wonderful he is as a stud.We would definately use Whiskey again should we breed in the near future.A lovely breeder with gorgeous dogs.Thankyou for your help, support and devotion Claire you have been amazing.
Matt Richardson: The support provided by Claire at Whiskeys Cockapoos is second to none. As a first time breeder I had lots of questions and Claire has provided expert advice and guidance throughout.I was expecting the mating experience to be quite stressful and I was somewhat anxious about it but Claire’s experience really shows. She’s calm and collected and knows exactly how to understand the dogs and make them comfortable.Whiskey is a lovely dog, both in terms of his pedigree and his nature and as the pictures in the page prove, he helps to create beautiful Cockapoos!!For anyone looking to find a Cockapoo stud then look no further!!
Matt Hughes: Used Whiskey as a stud dog, wow what an amazing boy and Clare was the fount of knowledge for us throughout!
Jay P: Absolutely amazing, the love and care is 2nd to none, Whiskey is the most beautiful loving dog you could ever meet. You can see how much time, care and how passionate Clare is about her Cockapoos, thank you so much for all your help, advise , guidance and blessing us with Sky x
Laura Patterson: Excellent breeder and stud service. Clare goes above and beyond a standard breeder/ stud owner offering ongoing support and advice. Her commitment to the welfare of not only her own litters, but also those whom she allows to be studded, is underpinned by her ongoing training with IMDT and keeping abreast of the changing legislation relating to animal welfare.

Tasha Lawrance: All staff have shown nothing but kindness and compassion. Adopted an elderly stray black cat from here 2 years ago, who sadly, we had to say goodbye to after he fought cancer for several months. A few months ago we were ready to adopt a lovely bonded pair of older cats who we have also fallen in love with. All cats from the RSPCA are neutered, vaccinated, flea'd, wormed and have vet check ups, and details of these as well as medical records are given to you when you adopt them. The cats we have had have been well looked after and have all been very well behaved, well trained and loving once they have had their TLC and time to relax. RSPCA staff do a background check on home and circumstances and check up with how pets and you are doing after 2 months to ensure the animals here have gone to a loving forever home.

Dogs Trust Leeds: what do users think?
Ben Beresford: Great facility. Lovely people
Brenda: Visited today to pick up our new family member. Staff all very friendly and the adoption process smoothly done.
Chloe Slater: Good staff
Naum Shalamanov: I think these people are crooks using non existent dogs to con people out of money. I wanted to adopt Digger and they fobbed me off with a ridiculous excuse (my daughter was 15 instead of 16) and the poor thing is still advertised for adoption years later. Do not donate these people any money.
lee bryan: Brilliant place brilliant people
Nicholas Sample: Well worth a visit.
Paula Jennings: Stanley's coming home Monday fantastic staff volunteers etc dogs so well cared for can't fault
Rachel Wilcock: It was the best thing I ever did in my life, now I can die the most happy man in the world. 5 out of 5 thumbs-up 👍👍👍👍👍
David Free: Wish I could rescue them all!
Jackie Wood: Very good
Micky Hallam: The staff really pull out all the stops to assist you with your pets, thay know how important your pets are
Jackie Colley: Lovely place
Jeff Richardson: Lovely and caring staff. It only took five days from our initial visit to going home with our lovely black labrador - Rupert. Amazed and delighted it happened so fast. Only been with us for 24hours but he's settled in so well you'd think he'd been here for years. Thanks Dogs Trust
Steve Bull: Great team
Andrea Ruckwardt: Incompetent and not interested in finding good homes
Bob 561: Dogs trust discriminate against security dog handlers, ive tried to adopt several working dogs and they've refused my application and 2 of the dogs ended up been put to sleep by these so called animal lovers as they'd rather kill the dog then let them work...utter complete joke and can't wait for dogs trust to be shut down eventually #animalkillers
Aiguli Talpakova: I have been applying to adopt dogs so many times, they keep rejecting my application without any explanation. We love dogs so much, there are so many dogs who needs home and family, we wanted to make them happy, but so far no luck unfortunately.
Terry Smith: The people who work here do a massive great job and if I'm honest they are not appreciated enough for the work that goes on behind the scenes
Fay Reddington: Personally, there is such high demand for rehoming dogs but people get discriminated because of their age and too much red tape. The Centre itself is very clean, dogs are well looked after. We have tried seven times for a dog but been refused everytime.
Peter King: Great place to visit and see the dogs that need rehoming
Paul Tinsley: Fantastic very friendly
