Carol Dudley: WOW, what a service! I was given Direct Finish through an alloy wheel insurance I had. Communication was brilliant and the technician arrived at my house exactly on time. he was ready to do the alloy refurb when I happened to mention I was having a new tyre fitted on the wheel that afternoon. He explained there was a strong possibility that the alloy would not be completely dry and therefore compromise the repair he was about to do. He offered to come back and do the repair at a time to suit me. The technician called Robbie really did go the extra mile and as promised arrived two days later to do the repair. The repair itself was excellent and the young man was an absolute credit to his company. A breath of fresh air to have a service that totally fulfilled and exceeded all expectations. BD: Excellent quality work . A very professional colleague came to do the paint work on my Volvo V90. The quality of finish is first class . They had already done a repair on one of my alloys and I used them again because of the high standard of that work as well. I've used Gary twice now for work on my van and both times he's completed the job quickly and to a very high standard, while also being reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive spraying in York! Below are pictures from some colour coding work Gary did to the bumpers, handles and wing mirror covers...
Was looking for some repair work and a respray to my front bumper, a quick search and Gary’s business came up, called in to speak to him and he talked through my options and gave me a price for the work which was good. Car was booked in and the work carried out, when I went to collect the quality was fantastic, Gary had realigned the bumper and wings, the paint was a perfect match with a deep shine. If you need any bodywork repairs I would highly recommend Gary.

Ben W: The bodyshop department did a good job of fixing the bonnet damage from a fallen roof tile. They organised the insurance claim.However, very expensive and no courtesy car was available.

There were a couple of unavoidable hiccups mainly due to the snow on pick-up day and you could really tell that his first priority was making me happy. This led to him chasing my new car around Yorkshire late in the evening when there was no expectation as such.Car is pristine and well prepared for delivery. Can't fault it.

Stephen Green: Travelling up to a wedding in Skipton, Easter weekend we had a problem with our brakes. We got the car to the garage Easter Sunday, by 8am Tuesday we had a diagnosis of the problem and when it could be fixed . By Wednesday the car was fixed and a full check had been done on the rest of the car. Great service and price. And kept us in the loop the whole time.Thank-you very much.
