Liz Evans: I had a very detailed examination and found optician very polite pleasant and highly professional the only negative is the service when it comes to choosing frames I was offered no advice or help I was holding a walking stick and found it difficult and awkward to remove glasses from stand member of staff came up to me after I picked to pairs but when I showed her them she just said yes they look OK this has happened on previous visits optician great sales staff let it down
WHISKERYDICK: I booked an appointment with Specsavers Monks Cross for Tuesday 5th March 2024, on Monday 4th March, FANTASTIC, next day service, unbelievable. This branch knows how to look after its customers who are looked after in a professional manner, rather uncommon these days. Well done TEAM.
