Michael G: Recently got my new gsxr125 from here they are super helpful offer extra help for things they don’t even need to even chucked an awesome helmet in with my deal! My biggest worry getting a bike was something going wrong and not been able to sort it out but these guys put my mind at ease knowing that if anything does they are definitely there to help in a lot of ways that may be confusing for new riders highly recommend getting a bike from here if you are thinking about doing so many thanks and god bless! ❤️

Jason Shepherd: I was on my way to work at York St. John when my chain snapped. Luckily I happened to be just a few blocks away from the Giant store, so I walked it over and knocked on the door. It was about 15 minutes before the store opened, but they let me in and agreed to replace the chain before the end of the day, which was an enormous relief. They also replaced the rear cogs and the brake pads. The end result was a bit pricey, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful, considering I'd come to them out of nowhere before the store was even open. Absolute lifesavers!

Not only did they get my bike booked in for two days time instead of the 2 weeks I was offered elsewhere, but when I mentioned the gears were off when I took it in to get the brake bled, they happily looked at and fixed them as well. When it came to paying, I was expecting similar to what I had been quoted elsewhere, I am still so happily shocked at how much less it was. This place is quick, priced amazing for work to be done, friendly and helpful. I will 100% be recommending this place to everyone who needs their bike fixing. Got some RST Evo tracktechs for £66, ok I could have literally saved a couple of quid but I'm an old school shopper and if buy everything online then eventually you'll have nowhere to have browse.

Amanda Mackey: Bought an eBike from them this week - really excellent service. I had taken the bike recommendations quiz online and had done some research into what I wanted - at least the brand if not the exact model. They helped me find the right size for me, gave me advice as to security and insurance, answered all of my questions. Really lovely, not 'pushy' salespeople, not trying to get you to buy only the most expensive one, they want to help you find the right thing for you. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, fab experience all around.
Jane Jones: Had our e-bikes stolen last month a few days before we were due to go on a cycling break. Insurers were ok but slow. Simon and his team were marvellous getting replacements in and doing all the pre tests on the morning of our holiday so we didn’t have to cancel.The team are great, nothing too much trouble. I had a snag on the holiday and Simon sorted it .

richard glynn: As a customer I think you can tell a lot about a company when you have an issue.I accept that perfection is virtually impossible and the odd time a problem slips through the net.For me, the measure of a great company is the effort they expend in making the customer feel compensated for any inconvenience. As well as the extent to which they leave the customer feeling that they are a company that will continue to support them in the future.I have to say that the York shop and the director of this company have done exactly that.I have been a small business owner and curently lecture in business. I would be very happy with a shop that dealt with me in the way I was compensated and communicated to during my visit.I feel this is a creditable company that cares for its customers and would have no hesitatetion in recommending them to future customers.

Kim Walker: Visited yesterday as I was after a new jacket, trousers, helmet, gloves and boots. Martin walked me though everything and helped me find trousers that fitted well as I struggled myself at first. Next was a jacket. I was after something with pink in. I explained that when I bend over on the bike my previous jacket gaped and I'd get a cold back. Martin showed me the longer length jackets and found a perfect fit. Next was the helmets. He went through the safety features and I tried on the different helmets. Found one with flowers and hearts on. The team here are all very helpful and I will definitely be back if I need anything else. Thank you 😊

Louis Sullivan: Travelled from Manchester because there are two big shops next to each other. i was searching for my first helmet when craig noticed i didn't have a clue what I was doing and came over and spent a good bit of time help size me for a helmet and lots of other helpful advice going forward, my friend had been to another branch previously for a full rig out and didn't get the same attention and help i received in the leeds store. Even though it's a little out of my way, i will definitely be back in the future
