UK SKA-PUNK legends RANDOM HAND are heading back to York as part of their New album tour due in October via Bomber Music.

Lost Map, the DIY/independent record label based on the Isle of Eigg in the Scottish Hebrides, celebrates 10 years with a run of showcase events across the UK. This special show in York will feature emotive indie-folk from Glasgow-based Canadian singer-songwriter L.T. Leif; Walthamstow shoegaze-pop 5-piece, Firestations; as well as an intimate solo appearance from the Eigg-man, Pictish Trail himself.

In fact, the drinks kept flowing and Prohibition fuelled the growth of organised crime and political corruption. Speakeasies sprouted by the thousands, cultivating jazz music, dance crazes and the rise of the flappers – young women who embraced bold fashions and liberated behaviour. Mobsters profited, while paid-off police and politicians looked the other way. Raise a glass to the past, drink what they drank and remember – you were never here.
