Oleg Samoilov: Great shoe store. The store has reasonable prices for shoes, and there are also discounts and special offers on some sneaker models. My son bought some great sneakers there at a discount and an additional discount for students. I am very pleased with this clothing store and can confidently recommend it.
Tom Tom: Very good store for people who don't want to drive 50 miles from Sheffield. It's worth it. Prices are discounted at least 50£ friendly staff and it's not much anoy people. 10+

Leeann Waldron: Absolutely love this place, large variety of items and always a good range of stock. Fantastic prices and deals, there is a wide selection for all age ranges! Staff are fantastic very kind and always helpful and always go out of their way to ask if you need help with anything. They is also a big range of lego and electric devices aswell a baby nursery items. Highly recommend!
Sian Louise: Amazing toy store. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have severe ptsd and anxiety and try to wear my mask as long as possible but often need breaks. I have a sunflower lanyard and not once did I get any looks or glares and when I asked for help to get the bikes down for my nephew to try they were really helpful and i felt really comfortable here. They let him try the bikes and have a little play so we could get the perfect one for him. We also had a wonder around the shop and he chose his toys. The cashier was so friendly. She let my nephew who is 3 pay for his own toys and said Merry Christmas back to him. I would definitely return.

Lauren Ward: My 16 year old daughter loves ice skating but really wants to roller skate, particularly to spend some time outside.She has been saving up and today we went to the RGG shop in Leeds corn exchange. What a fabulous independent shop, we were helped by Mel who clearly knows her stuff and was very patient and informative, and not pushy at all!My daughter is autistic and can sometimes struggle in shops and she would have preferred to shop online, but this was a big purchase for her and I really wanted her to be able to try skates on.She was made to feel very welcome in store, and listened to and engaged with. If only all shops were like this! She is now the proud owner of a beautiful pair of skates, and has already been practising against the skills leaflet Mel gave her.Thank you so much for such a great experience for her, it was much more than buying a pair of skates!

Cait Walker: I can highly recommend the beginners' skate sessions. I have been attending for a few months and the coaches are all so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. There are new skills to learn and practice each time but you are encouraged to go at your own pace.

tomato tomato: What a fantastic shop! The stock: beautifully engineered works of art. Seriously! These skates are gergeous. You'll want to get them on your feet. The atmosphere : fun, relaxing, inclusive . The staff: friendly and helpful. Never pushy, but their enthusiasm is infectious. I'm not a skater, but I went with a friend and it made our day. He came away with new skates and invitations to skating activities and I had such a lovely experience. Not what you expect on a busy Leeds shopping day in December. It was a lovely little oasis in all the madness. If, like me, you have other priorities right now, you can still enjoy the roller disco in February and other skating events coz they'll rent you skates. It's not just for kids. Or just for girls. It's for people who want to have fun. I recommend a visit. Whether or not you leave with beautiful skates, you'll leave smiling.
indra: I cannot big up this company enough the teaching for beginners is exceptional- in three weeks I have no fear and I just try the next thing they advice - there is one particular teacher that I find amazing and I really get her and her gorgeous personality - sadly as I write this review I have forgot her name but she taught me today and in lesson. I need to add that tonight i went to the skate/dance session. How amazing was this. I literally felt my confidence soar - thank you

I was coming from Manchester so emailed them a few days before with my needs and size and they emailed me back with what they had in stock so I made the visit today.Janey was so helpful and really knew her stuff about skates and the pairs she had picked out for me to try were perfect, it was a tough choice between the 2 pairs .I went for the RGG custom made Wifa Wednesday Mystic skates, they are so cool and built by the amazing Sophie.They have light up and illuminous wheels and a black skull adjustable toe stop and more than anything theyare so comfortable for my big and wide feet 😊My visit to the RGG shop was full of chatting and laughing and probably the best retail experience have ever had.Not only that , have come home with a pair of skates which is the only pair of its kind in the whole world ❤️Thanks girls , I’ll be back for your next corn exchange event and more hugs 😊

Claire Parkes: The staff here are angels! I took in a pair of skates that I got second hand because the toe stop wouldn't come off, and the angel in the store tried EVERYTHING to get them off! It ended up being a design fault with the skates and the wonderful shop assistant helped me pick out a gorgeous new pair of skates. I can't wait to go to a social and try out my new skates!

The hardwork and care and attention to detail from the team at every event we've attended have been incredible, from the marshalls working hard to help new skaters up and offering advice, to the fun speed skating challenges and high quality equipment available for hire. Roller Girl Gang has provided us both with hours of fun in a safe space that welcomes everyone from first timers to disco pros, thank you so much for the new hobby and if anyone is new or anxious or just generally on the fence about trying out an event then absolutely go for it you won't regret it:

York’s favourite festive event, Yorkshire’s Winter Wonderland, offers a magical winter experience for all ages, with an outdoor ice rink, vintage funfair, Santa's Grotto and The Chalet alpine cafe.
Yorkshire's Winter Wonderland is free to enter, with separate tickets required for skating at The Ice Factor and for Santa's Grotto. Tokens for the funfair rides can be purchased on site.
The Ice Factor is the North of England’s largest outdoor ice rink, with 975 sq m of real ice and a 30ft high sparkling Christmas tree as its centrepiece. Surrounded by illuminated trees, log cabins, the rinkside cafe and a viewing platform, this magical setting makes for the perfect festive experience for all ages.
Overlooking the ice rink is The Chalet, a cosy alpine-themed, après-skate café and an ideal spot to warm up after a session on the ice or to watch the skaters glide past. Delicious winter-warming food and drinks as well as sweet treatswill be available to purchase, and private parties can also be arranged.
New this year will be the Winter Garden with covered picnic tables as an alternative outdoor eating area, with The Dog Haus cabin selling a range of hot dogs, mulled wine and the best hot chocolate in town.
