Huge range of fresh produce and deli full of Yorkshire’s finest suppliers. Tried their new menu recently and it was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced (heritage tomatoes, spinach & oyster mushrooms on soda bread). Feel so lucky to have this local gem on my doorstep!

Claire: Have been a few time now for either a coffee and a cake or a meal.Went again today with friends for Sunday dinner.The food was very nice with a veggie option for the roast dinner.The portions are really good and the food quality is superb.The staff are very friendly and give good service.We also had a desert at the end, if you go and its on the menu I recommend the treacle tart, it really was delicious.I would definitely recommend.

Nawshin Tabassum Binte Alim: Nice quaint family-owned and run neighborhood produce store. Kevin, the senior gentleman who checked my grocery out, went out of his way to find me the can of sardines I was looking for. They don't keep canned fish, so he walked to the costcutter next door himself to check if it was available there, came back and then took me there himself to show where it was on the shelves. Bless his soul, will be going back!
Annie-Eloise Lambert: This terrific greengrocers has an outstanding array of fresh fruit and vegetables in store. The advantages of buying from this terrific shop is you can select your own products and the quantity you want.
Dominika: Great local shop with excellent selection of vegetables and fruit, very nice staff and pretty much no plastic packaging. Also reasonable prices especially for an independent shop!
Pat Ventham: We love Frutique so much we shop there most days. Great variety of produce and very good quality, 95 per cent plastic free and the flowers are wonderful. The best thing, however, is the staff ; the owners and people who work there are unfailingly friendly - you always feel welcome - lovely people.

Danni Makin: Excellent selection of food and nice service but not enough rules regarding covid, no social distancing enforced, unclear posters and no hand sanitizer provided. Doesn't feel safe to shop when it's busy.

We ordered a veg, salad and fruit box, didnt really know what to expect, but we were delighted. We do have to plan meals now,using the 'soft fruit, sald and veg that turn quickly first, thenthe robust produce at the end of the week, but all in all it works.

Helen Elliott: Had coffee and toast in the cafe on a Sunday morning, both lovely. The queue wasn't long but the service was very very slow. The cafe was full of people making use of the free newspapers for the cost of a coffee!!! Even heard a couple behind me complaining to each other that there was only Saturdays papers left!!!!
