Thomas M. Witt: This restaurant on wheels has the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Somehow, they make it better here than in the States! The chicken comes with loaded fries which are always served piping hot and fresh. I have been here three times now and I have only had the loaded fries because, quite frankly, I have no interest in anything besides the loaded fries. I gave it 3 stars for the Atmosphere because there is not much seating, but that is just because the food is so good that there are not many seats available. The picture attached is of the Cowboy loaded fries.

A Yorkshire based caterer, we cater everything from boho boutique weddings to festivals and rustic barns, woodland retreats and tipis. We use words like feasting and sharing a lot to describe our food, it’s part of our ethos, food that’s beautiful in quality and generous in size but creating the atmosphere that comes from those memorable intimate nights, sitting with your closest friends and family all eating, talking and enjoying time together.
We love to cater all types of corporate and private events and something unique to any occasion. Usually we bring along our beautiful little custom built airstrem trailer, it can be parked up anywhere, looks the part and provides amazing street food options to impress your guests. There’s also our range of grazing menus, picnics, canapes and dessert tables that all work well for any size of gathering.
Kate & Morgan catered for our wedding and were utterly incredible! Everyone raved about the food (...and haven’t stopped!). We chose a relaxed feasting style with a selection of meats and salads brought to the table and it was perfect. Foodie heaven! We chose the Cajun chicken, Sticky pork ribs and Texas beef... Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you for making such a difference to our day.
Wow - what incredible wedding food!!!! We originally asked Blues Catering to provide our wedding breakfast and canapés as we loved the idea of sharing platters using our own home reared and sourced meats. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to use lamb from our farm, quail eggs, pigeon and venison for our canapés. The menu was perfect and tailored to suit us. Although the size of the celebration was hugely scaled down due to the restrictions nothing was too much hassle for Morgan, Kate and the team. We were competently looked after for the whole day and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was AMAZING! Every guest has commented that the food was the best wedding food they have ever tasted and we couldn't agree more. Thank you once again. We will definitely be using you in the near future. Our brides father bought the team into the hall for a polite “Thank You” round of applause. I’ve been to a lot of weddings in my time but I can honestly say, I have NEVER seen 60 people - many previously unknown to each other - unanimously raise the roof with appreciation in decibels completely disproportionate to their number. Our vision paid off as we had people talking about the menu ALL day, so you can imagine the pure joy on people's faces when they found out Blues were catering the evening food too! We opted for brisket and pork sandwiches and they went down a treat. The only downside is, my husband loves to BBQ and we'll never ever be able to deliver a BBQ to this level and quality for family like this ever haha! We do not regret for a minute breaking tradition and going for barbecue, it was perfect and we loved every minute of working alongside Blues to choose a perfect menu. They delivered beyond all expectations and we will be forever grateful! Kristy Shaw: Blues provided the catering for our wedding at Deepdale Farm on 22nd July 2023 and wow! Everything was absolutely perfect! All of our guests said how much they enjoyed the wedding food and most said that it was the best wedding food that they have ever had! We have still got guests asking us where they can get food like that again. They were brilliant from start to finish, from the calls with Kate, to the tasting, to catering for our guests with dietary requirements. All of our vegans/veggies said it was the best food they have ever eaten too so it's safe to say we had some very happy guests. The servers were also amazing and so friendly, and made sure myself and my husband got to try all the canapes etc. on the day. The burritos on the evening also went down a treat!Food is so important to myself and my husband and we always knew we wanted relaxed catering but amazing food and Blues were exactly that! We knew after having our tasting meal that our wedding food was not going to disappoint and it definitely didn’t! We had mini burger sliders, prawn po'boy and truffle aranci balls as our canapés, chicken and waffle as our starter, bbq sharing board for our main and chocolate and caramel sharing board for our dessert. Best of all they found us to make sure we'd eaten some of everything throughout the day and if there were any complications at all they didn't make it to us noticing! From making this decision to our wedding day Laura had been in close contact, answering all of my questions and so accommodating!Move forward 1 and half years and it was our wedding day. On the day we could not have asked for any more, everything was set up wonderfully. The service was smooth with great choice of food. Guests saying the food was "inpecable", "delicious", "the burrito was filled to the brim and the flavour was unbelievable" - what more could we ask for! I would 100%, whole heartedly recommend El Kantina!

The guests are still telling me how much they enjoyed it to this day.They also mentioned this to Laura. We had the main meal, superb canopies, and lovely burritos for later on provided by Laura’s lovely team, who ran things like an army unit.They even knew which of my close friends was vegan.5 stars doesn’t do it justice!!
