WallOf Sounds: Just back from a weekend trip to York and to say how good our stay at Roomzzz was. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, day or night. The room was spotless with a great view the river Ouse. The place is very quiet but also close to the centre of town. Would return.

Sai Sundaram: was a bit disappointing, but not enough to give Roomzzz York anything less than a 5 star review. Hotels nearby better watch out, because there is no room in York that provides better value than this
Nathan Kearsley: One of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere!! From the moment we checked in we were greeted by the amazing Mel & Stacey, they made us feel beyond welcome such lovely girls !!! The room was out of this world so spacious clean and the bed was so comfy !! We also met Tom one of the receptionist and he couldn’t have helped us anymore such a kind gentleman. Just overall amazing. Already booked to go back in April!

Darren Flinders: Excellent place to stay, in a quieter part of York and not too far from the train station. I really can't fault the apartment, it was clean and comfortable, one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Great location, nicely organized system of checking in and out, iind enough to provide a discount for nearest parking which was helpful since we were going for 3 full days. Overall we were expecting a nice place sinxe we saw the pictures but everything exceeded expectations, the whole building was very clean, not just the apartment, it felt private,ot was gorgeous design. We were staying at 2 person deluxe apartment. Will definitely come back as the coty of York itself also did not dissapointed with its beautiful shops and tasty restaurants.

Camila Belén Plaza Salgado: We spent the most beautiful days at Hunters House. My parents, my husband, my baby daughter and I found it perfect for discovering the city's wonders. The flat was beautiful and perfectly equipped.
Dipen Patel: There were four of us who stayed at 'The Presidential Suite' in York hosted by York Boutique Lets. Firstly, the safe allocated parking is a big bonus as we drove to York. The place itself is tastefully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. The living/dining area was superb, the bedrooms/bathrooms were great and overall everything was perfect. Centrally located within a stones throw of York Minster and the centre of York. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting York and York Boutique Lets as a company also. Nothing negative to say whatsoever.

Emma Jane Killeen: We were surprised too at just how quiet the apartment was for such a central location, which was great!As four female friends we also felt super safe in these gated apartments that had a security office available at all hours.The communication prior to our visit was also excellent, as this was a self check-in apartment but thorough directions were emailed about where to find the key-safe and how to find the apartment, which was close to ‘The Grand’ hotel.We would all definitely return again in a heartbeat! In fact we didn’t want to leave! We may return in the summer next time though so that we could also enjoy use of the private balcony too!Many thanks ‘York Boutique Lets’ for helping to make our reunion weekend so great!

Thomas Leonard: We stayed at the Mount Hideaway, it was a spacious and well-situated apartment. The staff communicated well in advance, despite being unavailable over the holiday period. Recommend going with them directly over Airbnb or Booking. The flat was clean and well-furnished, however the kitchen was missing some key items.
George Wood: Stayed here last week! Very well equipped house with plenty of space. Loved the log fire! The coffee machine was cool but needs some instructions!

malin hugee: We came to celebrate our son’s graduation from St. john’s university. This was an unbelievable experience that took place inside the York ministry! The Plum tree apartment was perfect for us 3. Nice and clean, comfortable furnished with a washer and dryer. The Christmas market was so much fun! We highly recommend this apartment it is a 15 min walk to city center or jump on a bus right outside on the main road. Wigginton or Haxby Rd. If you like a late check out we learned you have to prebook this 2 days in advance! we were a little late but they still accommodating us with a £25 fee.

vote yes: We recently sold a house with Anscombs and would be very pleased to recommend them. Craig provided the initial valuation. Craig seemed very knowledgeable about the area and provided what i think was a realistic price, based on the current market. Once the photos had been taken the property was on the market the following day and Rob took care of us and the sale from then on. Rob was very proactive, chasing all parties, when necessary, and really good at keeping us updated with progress. If ever Rob wasn't available the rest of the team were also very helpful so all in all I'd have no hesitation in recommending Anscombs for a house sale.

However the wonderful experience with Your Move was faultless from beginning to end. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice chap, we knew as soon as we had discussed the valuation with him Your Move was the company to sell with and we were right! The young lady that came and took the photos was lovely, she explained what would look best on the photos and how she did the floor plan. The result was excellent the photos used online and in the brochure were extremely good, we nearly made an offer on it ourselves! We jokingly said it will be sold in a couple of weeks and it was less than that, absolutely outstanding. Rob kept us up to date with everything and answered any of our queries very promptly it was really nice to have one person looking after the progress of the sale.The whole team at Your Move have been brilliant, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest truthful hardworking Estate Agent that gets results, fast!

ian beswick: Myself and mum stayed 2 nights at the Duchy Road site.It more than surpassed my expectations. Staying in a stunning Victorian villa with on-site parking and in a great central location. Immaculately clean and so comfortable. We wished we could of stayed longer.I would highly recommend it ... and if back in the area will definitely return.
