Samuel Liddicott: Another good Lakeland shop.Wise range of products available, baking trays, mixing bowls and mixers, utensils, and a whole bunch of other things.More general home goods are upstairs, cleaning supplies, drying racks etc.Staff are really friendly, and the store is very accessible.Good place to visit for home and baking supplies. Plenty of sale and clearance items too.
We're in this Together Forever: Lovely staff that are genuinely ready to help, great selection of goods, i regularly use the click and collect service as unfortunately the York store has a limited stock range but it's a good excuse to visit the store to look and feel other products on display.
KATHRYN JONES: Visited while in York. Love lakeland and always pay a visit, had my list ready and vouchers, I managed to find most of what I wanted, 2 items I asked a friendly assistant where they were and she showed me to them. As always excellent service and products

Ado topp: Visited the shop in York Designer outlet and purchased a frying pan for my daughter and her husband. They have used it and found it to be better than other pans they have used in ; The non stick ability, Heat retention , clean up , Handling and weight . It sounds like Le Creuset did a good job in the design and manufacture .

If you can, be sure to check all your goods before leaving the store.We were buying a lot of pieces and left the staff to check and wrap everything whilst we continued shopping elsewhere.When we got home and checked there were a couple of chipped items and others where the pattern was inconsistent compared with the rest of the 8 place settings. Now face a journey back for replacements.

Their exceptional range of antiques caught my eye, but it was their outstanding service that truly made my experience memorable. The staff went above and beyond to post an item that was inadvertently left behind, ensuring its safe delivery to me as an international visitor. tony wood: I bought an expensive cuckoo clock in December 2023. £1150. I had a few issues with the clock stopping etc and having to be reset. This happened a lot. In March 2024 after phoning the shop for advice I returned the clock. The staff were amazing and really helpful. They exchanged the clock for a new one and set it up, doing a full demonstration. Nothing was too much bother. They were amazing. 1st class staff and customer service. I would highly recommend this shop and the clocks. My new clock is amazing. Thankyou so much. Definitely would buy items in the future. Highly recommended 👌

Angel Wings: Great place for people who enjoy hippy, pagan and budist items, chilled out atmosphere, lots to buy and see. Lovely little place that has an upstairs to explore as well. Not wheelchair friendly and small children would need to be supervised as breakable items at low level. Doesn't sell food or drink its just a shop of gifts and nick naks. Reasonable prices.
