Situated just off the A19 between York (10 miles) and Selby (3 miles), South Newlands Farm is an ideal base if you want to visit the Yorkshire Dales, Moors, Wolds or Coast.


We have designed our 3 bungalow cottages to accommodate people with different abilities. Extra-wide doors provide easy-access for wheelchair users and bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with the necessary equipment to make life as easy as possible.


Each comfortable and spacious cottage sleeps up to six people and has been rated as 4* accommodation and Mobility Level 3 by VisitBritain.


To help you enjoy the outdoors we have also provided outdoor tables and seating.

All three cottages are extremely easy to access on our private 10-acre site. Once through the gated entrance on Selby Road, you’ll see all the accommodation in the spacious grass field on your left-hand side. You can drive right up to the door of each cottage and have the kettle on in no time.
