Brilliant evening learning to cook some delicious Brazilian food plus make and sample Brazilian cocktails. Great tutors, providing excellent all round cookery tips in a relaxed way in a great venue. The fact this is a social enterprise and the profits from your fee are ploughed back into Zest, a local charity makes it even better. Great night, we'll be back.

A fantastic place! I found it such a valuable experience, welcomed by the very knowledgeable Scott and lovely Julie, learning so much more than how to cook food from Kerala. Amazing afternoon learning to cook Malaysian street food here! Very well organised and lots of fun! Three hours and now confident to cook the meals again! Dan was lovely and really helpful and the two lovely ladies who worked there kept everything flowing well! Would come back again and again and just wished I lived nearer.

We had a lovely Saturday afternoon learning to cook Malaysian street food. Our teacher/chef Dan was excellent- friendly, very informative, good clear instructions and demonstrations. All the food we cooked looked and tasted delicious. Also learnt how to hold a knife properly! Definitely recommend and I’m sure we will come back to try some other courses. Such a great enterprise that raises money for the local area.

The half-day Masterclasses hone in on the skills Bettys makers and chocolatiers have drawn upon for more than a century – from beautiful icing to the art of exquisite chocolates.

Running over a full day, our Practical courses cover a wider range of recipes and techniques: you could be baking artisan bread, perfecting your pastry or preparing a three-course dinner to wow guests.

Over the course of a few delightful hours our expert tutor will prepare an exceptionally delicious three-course lunch for you, sharing cooking tips along the way.

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
