Sue Stamp: My daughter and I visited the store to look for shoes to match a Hobbs outfit I had bought for her wedding. The two ladies working in the store were just lovely and gave the most fantastic customer service. They were charming, nothing was too much trouble for them and there was no pressure to buy - just genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
