Sharon Valentine: I find anything to do with change in phone technology stressful and was filled with trepidation when I walked into the store. However I came away feeling happy and relieved which was due to Louise. She guided me throughout everything. She’s amazing! She’s efficient knowledgeable and very understanding to technophobes with special needs like me. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all and I highly recommend this store.

TONY FITZSIMMONS: I went into the Select shop on Spurriergate in York on Monday afternoon on the off-chance that I could get a problem fixed with my Apple iPhone ID. As I entered the store Jason immediately approached me and offered assistance. He was able to concisely explain and rectify the issue in a quiet, courteous manner. It was a pleasure to be assisted by such a helpful, thoughtful young man.

I made an appointment as I had problems with with my AirPods Pro was seen promptly and to my eternal thanks the problems were swiftly diagnosed and shortly thereafter I had replacement pods! Richard Walker: Hadn't used Richer Sounds for years, but was visiting York for a day out and decided to pop in as I knew they had an opened box Sonos Arc for sale on clearance. After a good Chat with Gavin the store manager, and him answering many of my daft questions🤣, I decided to buy it. Was thinking of the Sonos beam Gen 2, but thought i'd regret it. Honestly great customer service, an amazing price via clearance, and as a VIP member I got an additional 10% off, which is free to become a VIP member. Don't even think this had been used, I was told the customer bought it and was too big, which at 114cm wide it is long. Love it, thank you for your help. No high pressure selling like Currys which was really refreshing.
