David Beavers: I can honestly say every time I visit your York Branch I get a First Class Service This is down to the Branch Manager Judith & Her Team.
Ian Hughes: Very good all round. I’m not normally bothered about uniforms but in a place you want to associate with cleanliness and order, that the reception staff member looked quite shoddily dressed initially put me off. Optician was great. Bit of a hard sell with the eye care product but it actually seems fairly worthwhile.
Eleanor Ardern: Was helped by Emma today in store with an eye test and she made it so so easy and also ended up saving me money by doing a deal with two glasses which works out much better for me. Staff were all very considerate and helpful and although there was an issue with I think an online calculator they still remained professional and eager to help despite this as it could’ve easily got in the way or been an annoyance for them.
Paul Kilvington: I popped into the York store after sitting on my Oakley prescription sunglasses and both arms came off. The very helpful assistant took them away and brought them back fixed two minutes later. She had also cleaned them for me. No charge. Brilliant Service and one of the reason I buy all my glasses from them.

Samantha Brazel: I have visited Vision Express twice this week, first for my son, and second for myself. Every single member of staff I found to be both professional and friendly. The store is clean and well presented, the eye tests were thorough and explained clearly. I bought two pairs of glasses for myself and I believe the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go there again, my only wish is that I had started using them earlier in life. I'm very impressed, and was sure to say as much when I visited.

Michael Scott: An Amazing Friendly and Helpful team offer of a cup of tea or coffee did not have to wait long. As a person with a Learning Disability who works at the local Hospital - York District Hospital helping to support People With Learning Disabilities I realised the care for People with Learning Disabilities was first class from Claire and her team and the optician Lizzy was super. I even got support to get the right glasses. Well Done Bayfields.

Liz Evans: I had a very detailed examination and found optician very polite pleasant and highly professional the only negative is the service when it comes to choosing frames I was offered no advice or help I was holding a walking stick and found it difficult and awkward to remove glasses from stand member of staff came up to me after I picked to pairs but when I showed her them she just said yes they look OK this has happened on previous visits optician great sales staff let it down
