Mike Worrell: The guys in Wilco Motosave York were amazing today!!! We turned up unannounced on Sunday afternoon with a puncture. They were fully booked already but still managed to help us. They tried to fix the puncture but the hole left by the screw couldn’t be fixed. They did have a tyre in stock and fitted it while we waited and got us back on the road! Also while I waited they made me a new number plate for my motorbike.These guys are really friendly, helpful and the prices are good too. Nicholas Boisset: Zach and his team always take the time to deliver great customer service.Previously, I have used other garages that use independent MOT testing centres and they have often failed a car, most likely because they know they will get the work - not with Wilco Motosave or their independent MOT testing centre. In fact, they were so good that the MOT was completed more quickly than was booked in for, and was cheaper than I have paid previously at other places and they don't create work that doesn't need to be done.Recently, my car needed new tyres, and again Zach was fantastic at sourcing the best tyres at the best price, and even got them fitted in a very reasinable time. Not only that, but with a 50 mile check and a two week check, just to make sure the tyres are settling in nicely, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tyres, servicing or MOT needs.In summary, great customer service, great prices, and a fantastic overall MOT / Service / Tyres service delivery.

Happened with me already on 3 separate occasions that the online price was cheaper than in the shop. Once I show the cashier that online they are selling the part for a lower price, they adjusted the price on the bill no fuss. It's a bit annoying, but overall, they give you the right part for a cheap price.

C J: We got a flat tyre whilst visiting the area and came to this garage for assistance. This was the third garage in the area we visited and what a contrast in staff attitude. Whilst the other garages were not interested the staff here were really friendly and helpful, took the car in straight away and we were back on the road within half an hour. Highly recommended!

Yes it's a part of Halfords now but if you go round the corner to Halfords itself you won't get the excellent service you get at NTS. These guys know what they are doing, efficient, friendly and make you want to go back. Good old fashioned service.

TLC upload: Just dropped my car off this morning and called yesterday but they always manage to squeeze me in they are by far the best garage in York, nothing is too much to ask! They very generously didn't charge me once they had got to the bottom of everything, as they'd had if for that long, which really shows how good they are. Suranji Dahanayake: The best garage in York. Very decent, and professional approach by all staff. My husband's car broke down recently in front of their garage. Without a second thought, staff has come out to help him. They allowed us to leave the car under their security without pressing too much. And they were kind enough to give us the next earliest booking slot for repair. From the first minute to the last, till they release the car after a full repair in 4 days time, they maintained one of the best communication process. It was an efficient and decent way of communicating. all repairs were done in fair and excellent manner. So happy you are operating at the center of York. Best Wishes, the Garage!

Luke Thomson: We've used the Garage for our MOT and servicing, and they've always done a great job, but recently they went above and beyond for us:One of our suspension top mounts and springs completely went, and they were able to have the part ordered on a Saturday before their wholesale order window closed, and fitted just after lunchtime the following Monday. We were due to drive ~500 miles for a house move and they got us sorted as a rush job for no extra expense, and even turned down a tip that my wife offered them. I can't think of a time when I've had such a good experience with a company!

The staff here were brilliant and told me to bring it in and they’d hopefully get it done within a few days. They were really understanding and fitted a new alternator in time for me getting home for Christmas. Reasonable price including labour and VAT, and communication was great at all stages - I was contacted with an accurate quote before giving them the go ahead. As a young woman who admittedly doesn’t know much about cars, the guys here were super clear with me about what needed doing and didn’t try to rip me off by finding other problems too. Brilliant service, will definitely use again if ever needed. Thank you!
