Holiday Inn York City Centre, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Sabrina Luis: Good sized shower. Great location. Very helpful staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Janet Rose: Close to city center. Disappointing roomsRooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
M J D: The room was small and walls thin. The shower had no extraction fan, ensuring the shower stayed moist constantly during stay or, opening the door to let it spread but causes room to be uncomfy. The double bed was 2x single beds put together but this was troublesome as 1 of the single beds was ‘lower’ than the other causing sinking within the mattress. The 2x single beds were not connected which caused a gap in the middle during the night. There was mould on the bottom-right curtain. Plug sockets were nowhere near the bed, meaning you needed to charge your phone not within handling distance. The showers drain wasn’t great which allowed water to drip on the floor and shower tray was bowing. For £170, I wasn’t even asked if I enjoyed my stay on checkout. The location is a redeeming factor.
Lisa Edwards: We booked 2 nights at The Holiday Inn York City Centre for a family of 4 over the Easter break. I booked online via the IHG app (I am a member so get discounts on rooms and earn poinys for every stay.) Online booking was very easy and we chose a double room with sofa bed and opted to have breakfast on both mornings of our stay. There is no parking available at the hotel but we found a car park a short walk away which cost £9.95 for 24 hours parking. The hotel was easy to find and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the city centre and located next to the city walls and the river. There is Wetherspoons opposite where we had lunch on the first day. Check-in was at 3pm but we arrived at 2pm and were allowed to check in early as the room was ready for us. The check-in process was really straightforward and the receptionist was very friendly and informative. We were given room 312. The room was in a great location as right next to the lift and stairs. The room was a little on the small side, compared to other hotels, but the beds were comfy and it was clean. Amenities as standard (tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, plenty of towels and lovely toiletries). The only issue with the room was the shower. The drainage was very poor so if you put the shower on full it flooded the bathroom. So we had to have half power showers. Other than that there were no other issues. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet. The Dining room is quite small and due to it being the Easter break it was very busy. The breakfast was good quality and there were enough options to cater to all requirements. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again next time we visit York.
Rosemary M: Staff really friendly and helpful, great choice of freshly cooked breakfast, short walk to city centre and very close to Barbican.Rooms: Very clean and spacious.

Great sleep and their 'Soak' shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing!Walkability: 20 min walk away from the train station. Lovely views.Food & drinks: Wetherspoons across the road. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it for it being quite a small place.

Holiday Inn Express York, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Nayem Kabir: This was one of my family’s favourite hotel experiences and it was 100% down to the manager Chris. He instantly made us feel at home, laughing & joking with my kids, always on hand if we needed anything.Breakfast for a family of 4 was fantastic - it’s honestly very hard to beat when it comes to value for money. Bed was comfortable, good wifi and a powerful shower. Super clean throughout. USB sockets in the bedroom. Plus free parking to boot.Every member of staff we came across at the hotel were polite, friendly and had a smile on their face. A great example of Yorkshire friendliness and a credit to IHG hotels. @IHG - you should use this hotel as a benchmark to train staff from other locations on how to operate.
Maria Colagiovanni: Staff lovely and friendly.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Chris Clarke: Great base to explore York and surrounding areas. Staff very friendly and polite, and room clean. Very dog friendly too. Park and Ride into York not far away which is really useful. Would recommend if you want a place to stay away from the busy centre of York.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

Dean Palmer: 5 star service very clean and staff very friendly and great foodRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Stine Andreasen: Alt for små værelser til 4 personer. Når vi åbnede vores kufferter var der ikke noget gulv plads tilbage. Jævnfør prisen skulle værelset være større. Det passer til max. 2 personer. Morgenmaden kedelig og uvarieret. Venlig personale.
Martyn Laing: Great staff, lovely little rooms and a delicious breakfast. Just off the A64, and next to a pub. Great locationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Gary Home: Made to feel very welcome on arrival, room was clean, breakfast was basic but plentiful and constantly restocked, dining area was clean and service was good, dog friendly, short drive to York center.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Near to York Center and Barbican Theatre.Food & drinks: Tea and coffee always available, in the room and dining area if you run out.Noteworthy details: If you drive into York to see a performance at the Barbican you can park in the Barbican car park for 8 hours free, just get your parking ticket validated at the box office.
Trevor Allerton: Safety: You feel safe in the room, and your vehicle is safe.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Sandra Carty: Great place to stay 3 mins from centre room was clean comfy and the breakfast was tops. Help yourself to a take away breakfast bap too.Nearby activities: You can walk to the centre but there's also a bus top around the corner.
Ray Looney: Cannot complain.... Extremely nice staff and lovely rooms and exceptional breakfast.... Good location too.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Sandra Bettany: Great location , very friendly staff, rooms clean and very comfortable, breakfast excelent.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Paul Clack: The location is a but out you have to either drive to park and ride or taxi. We did both without any issues. The placd looks a bit run down from the outside but once in, it's been decorated and feels like what you'd expect. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Menu very basic but there is a Toby carvery and pub next door. Breakfast very nice lots of options.
Stephen Dickson: Nice big clean room, friendly staff, close to a lode of shops and a park and ride ( if you don't want to drive into York and park). Overall, good value for money.Rooms: Big, clean, and comfortable.Nearby activities: A 10 minute drive from the town of York, which is full of things to do.
Mick Poultney: Breakfast good ,although no eggs ...the scrambled egg was best I've e ever had. Orange juice was a let down ... weak !!Food & drinks: Cans of john smiths would go down wel
ElfQueenAmelia: Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offers a good selection and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom. The location of the hotel is ideal in my opinion as it is located just outside of Central York thus avoiding the premium prices. Close to local bus routes but plenty of cab services on offer for travel needs

Holiday Inn York, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Armand Zoga: Very professional management, after sam little problems(normal on full week and) everything go very good. Very nice experience with a fantastic bar restaurant. Sure we’ll be back again.
PHILLIP HUGHES: Rooms: King-size bed should not be 2 single, big crack down middle, maybe use a topperRooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Rizzo Maurizio: OttimoRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jon Harvey: We stay here most years when attending a weekend event at the racecourse. It's a handy location for both the racecourse and York itself. We use a family room and in our experiences the rooms have been big and the bathrooms have been small. The buffet breakfast is a solid win, and we've not noticed a decrease in quality over the years and as inflation has hit.The room price however has increased to the point where we can't afford it without considerable use of vouchers and very early booking. On arrival, reception had no record of vouchers and tried to charge us the full amount. They were pleasant though and once we had produced evidence of the booking it was all quickly sorted out.We would love to keep coming here, if we can get suitable deals at the right time.
Yimmy Kurniawan: Nice hotel, if you found my reading glass please let me know 😂🙏
Jeannie Newcombe: Had breakfast with family here. There was a dog with our party so the staff arranged a lovely table just outside the dining area. Breakfast was really good and there was an amazing variety of food.Great place to stay too by all accounts but I’d even go back for the breakfast alone
Colin Barron: The room was fine and we enjoyed our stay in hotel/ York. I left my mobile charger in room. I e mailed front of desk to see if it was found, no reply. I phoned and was told they would check room and I would receive a reply still waiting 3 days later. It's only a mobile charger but that's not the point.
albertas satrebla: Not far from town centre, had good night sleep.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
M D: My room is in the built on part and was chilly and I couldn't make head nor tail of the air con/heating. No opening window and it was a shower only bathroom. Room was OK otherwise.Room was serviced whilst my no service door hanger was on so cross about that. Happened to several in the party too.Restaurant service was incredibly slow on an evening. We were a large party but they knew we were eating but still had hour and half wait for food. Restaurant staff were friendly though.Breakfast offering was OK. No museli and watery orange juice but cooked breakfast looked decent.
Anthony James Hall: Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was particularly good.Just one minor complaint the evening menu was very limited and left a bit to be desired. Our room was very nice and comfortable.Nearby activities: Thirty minute walk to the main attractions in York or ten mins by car, some nice pubs and cafes nearby

Great night sleep and free wifiRooms: Good size rooms and nice view from the room. Lifts available for each floorSafety: 24 hr desk and locks with chainWalkability: N/AFood & drinks: Good breakfast menu, self service and plenty of places to drink
gerry denham: great location, nice facilities and helpful, friendly service and staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Charlotte: Great stay in York! Check in was quick - thanks to Vishnu! Ample free parking which is the reason we picked this hotel. Only 15 minutes on the bus into York £4.80 for a day saver. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice. Room had everything you could need - kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee, air con and you could even open a window! Great pub across the road - The Fox and Roman! York designer outlet only 10 mins in the car. Will definitely return!
Dev Mistry: We booked a family room for 2 adults, 2 children. The hotel seemed nice on arrival. Enough free parking, clean, tidy friendly staff. However, got to room and not enough towels, not enough cups, no shower gel, hand soap almost running out. Bathroom was so small almost had to step over the toilet to shut the door. Basically too small for a family room. The second bed was a dated folding bed which had exposed mental hinges. Very dangerous if sleeping on it. We put pillows over the metal! Things got worse going on. Breakfast seemed ok. Nothing special. Left to explore York for the day. On return I found the room hadn't been serviced. Beds not made, towels not replaced, bins not emptied. Called reception and they said not able to sort the room, but they did send up toweis and cups. Day 2. On eay to breakfast we asked the guys servicing the other rooms if they could do ours as well as not done the previous day. All agreed. Went out for the day. On return room still wasnt serviced. Went down to complain. Manger wasn't there, but the night desk team were sympathetic, and sent up the evening room service person to help sort out the room. Went out the following morning spoke to the manger on the way out. He started making excuses. Said it wasn't his fault the rooms weren't setvice! He's the manager. Who else would be responsible! He promised to make sure it was done. Went into breakfast and children asked for boiled eggs instead of the only other option of scrambled. We were told there are no eggs in the building. Long story short, the scrambled eggs are made from pasteurised powder not real eggs (yuk)!.Were were there for 4 nights, room was never serviced. We were in reception ever day to complain about something. Not what you need when you've paid a lot for a break. If we wanted to do our own beds and tidy the room we would have stayed at home! Very disappointed with the service. We would not recommend staying at this hotel particularly as a family. Holiday Inn is just not geared up to host families.
Paul Elgar: Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and waited at the bar. When it came to 3pm many people were trying to get their rooms and some people were frustrated at the delay because rooms weren't ready. One couple called for the Duty Manager, Fakhri Barhoumi, who was the rudest hotel manager I've ever encountered! He even offered to pay for guests to go somewhere else!!!!! He may just be having a bad day, but also said I don't care if I lose my job over this. His attitude was appalling and he raised his voice as he made excuses about the computer and check in process, rather than listen to customers feedback.

J Nerosa: Perfect location for staying in York, right next to the centre. Great service from the staff. £15 per night for the car park.Vegan options at breakfast.Unfortunately the pool was closed for refurbishment which we didn't know about until we got there.

Merci
Lilian Alevato: New rooms, clean and very comfortable! Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is excellent . Highly recommend
Bboy Chinon: Beautiful Hotel with good food and great hospitality.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech …More
Chris Thomas: We've just had a fantastic weekend at Novotel in York.Check in was quick and friendly. The room was really good with a huge TV that you can stream things like Netflix/ Google play movies etc to from your phone and there was a Nespresso machine and a really good walk-in shower. On the first night we didn't get back to our room until 1ish and ordered a pizza from the 24 hour bar downstairs -it was only about £11 and delicious (thanks Ivan)- not just that but the guy who served me was really friendly despite the time!(couldn't remember his name buy great friendly service). The breakfasts were delicious - we've stayed in similar sorts of places in York a few times and the breakfast here was by far the best - serving real coffee rather than bringing out jugs of it from a percolator every now and again really makes a difference to us! Cooked breakfast was really good as we're the waffles and baked goods; tried the pancake machine too and it was a great touch! - all breakfast staff were lovely but there was one chap in particular who seemed to make it his mission to ensure that everyone was doing well and had everything they wanted and I'm rather embarrassed to say I didn't get his name either because it'd be fitting to be able to thank him too.All in all we really had a good time and with parking onsite it's going to be our go-to place in York from now on. Thanks to everyone there for making our 1 weekend a year without the children (so it's something we look forward to all year) a bit extra special.
Pat Palmer: fVery tired looking. Needing a bit of a clean down.carpets grubby. Lobby furniture well used. Matress and pillows uncomfortable.Location good for city centre if you walk down by the river. All staff very cheerful and helpful.
Kim Robinson: Is our second visit. Rooms lovely clean up-to-date decor. Hard bed and pillows. Feel carparking over priced at £15 per day. Feel its over priced as doesn't include breakfast in the price. Location good just a nice 7 min stroll into the centre. Feel price should of been reduced slightly due to the building work being done and some facilities unavailable even though we were informed about this a few days after we had booked
Louise Whiddon: Lovely hotel, it was modern and stylish. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great hotel if you're exploring the city - it's within walking distance to most things. The staff were also lovely, especially on Reception. We would highly recommend and stay there again ourselves.Nearby activities: The ShamblesYork MinisterClifford TowerYork Castle MuseumJorvik Viking Museum
Arti Conway: It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, the room was absolutely horrible and dirty. The floor and lift was disgusting. Rooms were not available to check in, however if you paid £30 they were. Absolute disappointment and 4 star, NO. The smell was disgusting and construction noise.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Linzi Nicholas: The hotel very kindly changed my room last minute so we could have a sofa bed as an extra. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Lots of space for packing things away. Toilet separate from the bathroom which is handy. We ordered room service and it was very quick to arrive and my son ate it all - so i assume he enjoyed it! Knocked off a star just being super picky - the sofa bed had quite a big ridge when the base and back meet when folded down, so it's not completely flat to lie on. Fine for a night though. We stayed here for a two day stay in York. It's about a 10 minute walk to the city centre which was no problem for us - very easy to get to.
Laura: A bit disappointed.+ : Great location near to all the landmarks. Very good mattress. The service at the bar.- : the room felt a bit old, the bathroom was not clean ( we found hairs in the Bathtub and the rest of the bathroom) and we did not appreciated the mold on in the bathroom (see pictures). The breakfast is very disappointing 😕 very much industrial food. The service at the entrance was a bit disappointing too.The hotel accept dogs which is nice for dog owners and if you like dogs. They have 4 disabled parking bays but you will pay 13pounds a day.Nearby activities: All the landmarks: York castle and tower, the York viking musuem

Hotel Indigo York, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Juliet Cusick: Lovely hotel in city centre. Great room with everything you could ask for including monsoon shower and robes. Good selection of tea/coffee and biscuits/cake. Breakfast was great. Really good service even though busy and food was excellent. Best Eggs Royale I've ever had! Would highly recommend this hotelRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Jackie Plant: Excellent, friendly service from all staff especially receptionRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mel Yehya: What a great hotel! Booked through one of the Virgin experience vouchers and will definitely be back. Great location, central to York and our favourite restaurant. The rooms are AMAZING! We're really impressed! The whole hotel is immaculately clean and smells sooooo nice! There is a 24 hour car park around the corner, which costs £13 for a 24 hour period. We hadn't had breakfast, which was included in our rate, at the time of writing, but I'm sure it will be great!
Chris: Fantastic modern, spotlessly clean hotel in a great location, very close to Yorks attractions, excellent staff and service, breakfast's were really good with a wide choice, reasonable priced parking just around the corner. Darren Stephenson: Really nice hotel right in the centre of York
Ben Alexander: Had a great stay here and when I return to York I would opt to stay here price being equal, and that's should be all i need to say, if you will stay somewhere again then it did its job.Breakfast here is good, they have continental laid on so you can help yourself there and you order a hot breakfast. One thing I think would elevate it though would be hot drink vending (bean to cup coffee machine) available to the patrons like many other Hotels have at breakfast times.Gym on site is small but good enough to get a work out in, I used it and was on my own, if there were multiple people in the fitness suite it might be a bit crowded. My only mark down on the room (219 for reference) was simply because our room didn't have any net curtains, looking out the window it seemed like all others did, so the options were either curtains drawn all the time or curtains open all the time.Staff all very friendly and helpful especially the gent who showed me to the gym when I couldn't find it.Rooms: Everything you would want from a room, clean, plenty of space, good shower, TV, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.Walkability: While a bit of a walk from the train station, it's only a 5 minute walk from the centre of York so you're really can't moan, there is also plenty of restaurants and bars too and from the hotel.
Damian Hill: Have just spent a couple of nights here as tourists in York. It was a nice clean and welcoming hotel in a great location.
Alan Jones: Visited with my partner and what a fantastic experience it was. The staff were super friendly. Quirky room with good facilities. Breakfast had a fantastic selection with continental options and cooked food to order which is always a plus! Would stay again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Alessandro: Ottimo hotel, personale gentilissimo. Stanza piccolina ma ben organizzata e bella. Non centralissimo ma York è piccola e si arriva ovunque.
John Hanson: Very nice hotel all the staff where pleasant and helpful. The rooms where clean. we went for breakfast there was no waiting everything was served more or less immediately. The only thing that wasn't quite right for me was the bed. it was very uncomfortable but apart from that I can't fualt the hotel.
Texier Jérôme: Great Staff !Warmly welcomed. Rooms are clean and well decorated.Well located : really close to the pedestrian streets !Was a pleasur to stay there.Rooms: Clean !Walkability: Perfectly located.

Kay Lovelady: Just returned from a long weekend in York. Fabulous hotel right in the city centre and short walk to shambles.Hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend the breakfast, best choice and quality of food we have seen in long time. Rooms were modern and some nice touches such as biscuits, lovely big towels and slippers.Only slight gripe was they forgot balloons and banners I had paid extra for as husbands 60th bday (also not worth cost) and King size beds are not king size (uk not European king size!) Basically a double. That said would definitely go back and will be recommending to friends and family
Gayle Skinner: Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Great value for money and so many extra touches included in room. Breakfast, lots of choice. Cooked breakfast superb.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value …More

Bill Nelson: King bed in a tiny room. Cannot even get out of one side of the bed with a suitcase on the floor beside the bed. You have to do this because there is only one suitcase rack and two of us. No closet, only pegs to hang clothes on. If you hang clothes on the pegs, there is not room for the suitcase atop the rack. Bed is so close to the desk that you can hardly get in and out of the chair. Have to unplug either the coffee pot or desk light to be able to plug up a computer. Pillows are fat and lumpy. Have to walk forever to get to rooms in the new part and change elevators. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
Anita Peat: I was travelling alone and meeting friends here. I arrived on Friday 21st April in the afternoon to a very long queue at reception . When the member of staff saw me arrive complete with my walking sticks, he quickly helped me with my booking. There was no room for me to park in one of the three blue badge spaces so he found me a space in their staff car park which was extremely close. I had booked an accessible room, but due to the distance involved with walking to it, he thought I might prefer a closer room which had a walk in shower, not a full wet room, called a cosy double room.An extremely helpful member of staff showed me to this room and thought that might not be suitable but left me to decide I agreed it wasn’t going to be because the bed was very high. I would probably keep bumping into things due to the compact size of the room, so she showed me another which she thought might be possible. This was a family room with lots of space and for me to bring my mobility scooter in and charge it up overnight. This was a definite upgrade and had a view of the river. She also very kindly upgraded my friend to a similar room in the name of fairness!! as she put it. I could not fault the hotel or the staff, they did everything possible, and more to make our stay easy, which isn’t always straightforward as a single traveller with mobility requirements.Bed was extremely comfortable, hotel quiet and peaceful, yes really! Spotless room and shower room.
Neil Macey: Very decent hotel in ideal location.Close to everything. Special shout out to Richard on the check in desk who was very helpful in pointing and directing us to alternative parking as hotel carpark was full and ensuring we got a riverside view room. (NCP carpark was £34 for two days FYI, which included £14 discount from hotel).Room was decent and bathroom with rain shower was spot on.If i have a moan, its just the river view rooms look onto 2-3 bars and as it was decent weather you could hear the punters on the bar decking across the river shouting and singing etc until 1am. All in all a great stay.
Leon Rouncivell: Few mins from station, get views. Staff helpful n polite, food was fantastic.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Przemko Chudykowski: 👍👍👍👍👍
Craig Stewart: When we arrived, there was no coffee, milk, tea etc - it had been forgotten when the room was serviced. Phoned the desk and a bit later someone turned up with supplies. That’s OK - things happen. Later - around 6pm - we turned on the TV. It went for a while, then completely froze. Tried to phone the desk and no one answered. Tried three times - no-one answered. So I had to go down to reception - from our room location, this was a major trek involving two elevators and long corridor walks. No-one at reception. Waited a while, then someone turned up who took the details. Now this is not OK. Anyway later a repair guy came to our room. Had a look, went away, came back and he got the TV going. Sure these are small things but little things make a hotel experience. Our experience was not great. An expensive hotel, average in all respects - except that breakfast was very good. (Visitors from New Zealand).
Free Squirrel: Perfect location for exploring the city centre. Great customer service. The rooms are a bit small, not many facilities, also not exactly clean.Rooms: Small. Not very cleanNearby activities: Centre location

Moxy York: what do users think?
Andrew Harkins: I’m very disappointed with this hotel , my disabled son was at the entrance and a member of staff pushed him away from the door and left him sitting himself in his wheelchair round the blockShocking behaviour !
Yvonne Bird: Odd staff, slow service an hours wait for lunch. No atmosphereService: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Andrew Rawlin Wickersley: Cool place, great bar area with lots of games and activities. Really nice atmosphere. Family room was great. Low score due to average breakfast and lack of clarity for guests with a nut allergy. Manager seemed dismissive and arrogant regarding the issue. No clarity on menus. We went from here to Bike and Boot in Scarborough who had all items on all their menus rated via various allergens.
Randomadventurer 13: Poppy went above and beyond to make this feel like home away from home! Warm welcome, fun games, and the "sweetest" welcome gift! The room was perfect for a one night stay. Comfortable bed and yummy breakfast. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to all the major sites and is close to a wall walk entrance. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!!Rooms: ComfortNearby activities: Wall walk, abbey, Shambles, foodWalkability: Quick walk to the Shambles, to the abbey, to the castle, to the wall walk
Ham Sta: Nice hotel in a good location. Unfortunately for a new build, noise isolation isn’t great. You can hear all the rooms around the one you’re sleeping in. They don’t clean rooms or even change tea mugs, towels until after the third day. This would be fine if you had soap to clean the cups but of course you don’t. I tried to provide feedback in a polite manner, the staff member became very defensive and it was obvious they don’t seek this from guests.
Mark D: Very modern hotel. Well placed for exploring the city. Nice bar and lounge area. Not near the station but not far neither.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Thomas Rae: Found the mattress to soft for our liking other than that we cannot fault itRooms: Room was a good size large TV and was quite very cleanWalkability: It was in a good location for us idea location for what we needed
Alex Bramsen: Quirky hotel close to the city center. Rooms are small, but well equipped. Fun bar in the lobby.Walkability: Close to the city center, walkable to everything.
Chris Funderburg: The bed is comfortable and the room is clean, so, no complaints there. However, the room is locked on heating and can't be switched to AC so if you like the room cold at night, hope for a breeze and the window. Worse still is that the rooms don't have a fridge - I guess you get what you pay for. Also, if you get up in the night, weird underbed lights come on - disturbing others trying to sleep. Nice hotel though overall.Edit: breakfast. Stale cereals fused into solid mass in their boxes, warm milk, mold in jam, some breads stale, the bacon came from a pig born thirsty and deprived of water until it died of dehydration, cooked, left for a day, cooked again and left for your enjoyment.
Mr.F Sanchez: Convenient and comfortable

Preeti Ahuja: We had an amazing time at the Hotel .Rooms: Rooms were spacious and cleanFood & drinks: amazing, we loved meals in the restaurant..
Sam Kilpatrick: In need of refurbishment and not very good value for money. The rooms are big, the staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. It's also in a great location. There is also a nice bar area - slow to be served but a good choice of drinks. However, it's very tired looking. Between two rooms we had a broken toilet seat, a broken towel rail, threadbare curtains, and very uncomfortable fold out metal beds for the kids. The furniture is very dated and the bathrooms need a serious upgrade. There is a voucher for a free drink that is on the key card holder but they don't bring it to your attention and we only noticed upon checking out. If you do stay here make sure you get that!.Personally I don't think it's 4 star quality and I don't think it's worth the money. I would stay here again if need be but it would not be my first or even my second choice.
Santosh Vohra: Very nice hotel courteous staff and food was very good too . Will definitely recommend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Moquette de notre chambre tachées et vieillissante, joints d'étanchéité de la sdb à refaire entre autres, filtres de la Vmc de la sdb à nettoyer voire a changer (la grille est blanche de poussière), ...
