Jenny Thompson: We visited the store whilst on a 2 night break in the City, simply popping in to see what wedding rings were available. Our wedding isn’t until 2023 so there was no urgency to purchase the rings, however we did! The staff at the store are a credit to your company! We initially met Andrew on our first visit who was down to earth, easy to talk to, honest in giving his opinion when I asked about certain styles of rings and their suitability as wedding rings. We visited the following day where we were greeted by the wonderful Susi! A lovely lady who is passionate about jewellery, clearly loves her job and was so incredibly helpful and patient as we both chose our wedding rings. We purchased both our rings that day and Susi was nothing but a pleasure to deal with! Honestly though Goldsmiths, if you can keep your current York staff please do! They’re a wonderful bunch of individuals and are a credit to your store! Thank you Susi and Andrew!

Gabrielle Coates: We bought a watch and a few bits of Michael Kors jewellery, Pia was extremely helpful throughout letting us try on different watches and compare them. She was friendly, attentive and very patient with how indecisive we was. Would highly recommend.
Catarina José: Very attentive staff and awesome watches. However, they expanded the size of the shop but reduced the options of items.
Shakila Gaibee: We are regulars at York outlet and I just have to say the staff there are wonderful! We have purchased over 35 watches and probably about 7 MK brackets but the service is always great. At times we just browse but that doesn’t change their attitude towards us at all. I have to mention their manager Harry is just so kind and helpful. Always going above and beyond.

Mya Hussain: Amazing service by 2 lovely girls today one was the manager and amazing supervisor supported my little girl in getting her first ear piercing. They made the whole experience really easy for us going through the board and explained all the different styles to us. They helped us with any questions we had and my little girl was so excited when she saw them in the mirror. She walked around town all day with a huge smile and even came back and thanked the manager. 10/10 service would definitely recommend, very clean store.we went with the crystal daisy earrings with a rapid solution.

Hannah Packer: Beautiful store. But my review is for the lady who worked within the fragrance department. The lady seen that my daughter had fallen over outside and was quite wet and muddy and obviously upset. The lady took us into the store and cleaned her up then gave her some fragrances.
