It's a nice building if you're into aesthetics and everything is overall well kept and up to standard. The deals are good, I got unlimited data for £20 a month for 2 years, first 6 months half price and there's plenty of deals throughout the year for returning and new members. Strongly recommend given the good enough connectivity and very competitive pricing.

Sara Tasnim: IT STINKS! Every time I decide to enter the store recently I notice this horrible odour! The shop floor stinks of body odour, the smell was so overpowering that I couldn't enter the store I had to turn back! I used to come by this store once every other week at least and admitly there's always been a sour pang in the air but it wasn't SUPER noticiable. Please oh please invest in some air fresheners or a new mopping system for the floor. I doubt it's an actual customer or staff since the smell is always lingering around so there must be an issue with the actual air in the building. Others have noticed this too.

MARIO: I brought a iPhone from this store, came home and set it up however my sim wasn’t registering so I tried another sim card I had the same issue. I went back to the store and told them about the issue I was facing, they booked the phone in for a warranty test and asked to come back after 4 hours, when I returned the manager told me that there isn’t anything they can do as the “sim card pin” in the slot were broken and basically tried saying that I broke it while putting my sim card in, which certainly wasn’t the case. If the staff checked the phone thoroughly before it I wouldn’t have had this issue. They’re so miserable and lazy, will not be returning.

The only thing I would say that alot of the gaming controllers were dirty with what I call gaming cheese(dirt from previous owner, I'm not being over the top. It was alot. Some even having dirt around the triggers) which did put me off slightly. As I would of thought items would of been given a clean before being resold. Syrus Chan: Very bad service, the staffs told 30 mins to find out that they can't accept me to join the contract plan because I'm a new comer to UK with no credit, then I accepted to pay £10 for 7GB for next 30 days bundle, but the smart staff immediately updated the system to stop my current Sim card service and need me to wait for 24 hours for the new plan, I still can't make any call till now. If this is the case, they should let me to top up myself until my current 30 days bundle expired. It is very unprofessional and very inconvenience to me. Luckily my wife was with me and we could find the way home by using Google map. in her mobile

He then flipped through the display of memory cards and said he hadn't got a suitable one for my phone which is not an out of date phone by any means. He appeared disinterested with my problem. I got the impression that he wanted to con me into buying a new phone!
