Matas Gricius: Nurse Becki Rowledge is absolutely amazing! We have an elderly dog whom is absolutely terrified of having his nails clipped. However, Becki is able to calm him down and clip his nails without causing further harm to his reluctance. If you have an elderly/vulnerable dog, please be assured that staff are empathetic, understanding and very caring in nature. Thank you very much for your compassion Becki!

I love that they always put our animals welfare first and they take extra care to make them comfortable as well as treating them medically. Our cat, Ten was always extremely anxious about going to see a vet but now he loves his appointments, Pierce is his absolute favourite.
